This process was excellent from start to finish! When I first called them, Trent was at my house within 2 hours to check out the problem. Jamie came out to give me an estimate a few days later, and I had a brand new roof 2 weeks after that. This is a team of incredibly knowledgeable and kind individuals, and their craftsmanship can’t be matched!

My rep Cayden explained things very well and was available to me when I needed him, customer service overall was very good, work was prompt, efficient, and seems to be of good quality.

When my roof sustained damage from straight line wind in June of 2023, I had no idea who I was going to get to repair it. A person from Quality Roofing Pro stopped and we talked for a while. Without being pushy at all (which I liked) Tony left me some paperwork on the company. I took a few days to make my decision and I have to say, I am so glad I had them do my roof. My shingles were delivered on a Friday. The crew was here on Monday morning at 7am and tore off the old roof and completely got the new roof on by 8pm. They were very particular about cleanup and even used a magnet to pick up any stray nails from the yard. I am extremely happy with their work and would use them again in a heartbeat but sure hope I don’t have to!! I highly recommend them. Thank you Tony and everyone at QRP for making a stressful event so much easier.

Everything about this roofing experience was excellent. The sales rep explained exactly how they would repair a poorly applied rolled roof. He proposed a very reasonable price {compared to another estimate} which I accepted. Their crew arrived on time, stripped the old roof off, and then were very deliberate and thorough in preparing the roof for application of the membrane and interfacing shingles. Their attachment method will absolutely prevent the type of failure experienced with the old roof. And, I was literally shocked that I was not required to make final payment until a company rep visited to inspect the job and ensure that I was satisfied. Overall, great experience

From day 1 Quality Roofing made the whole process a breeze everything went quickly they looked up weather conditions from a year back and we checked with insurance and were able to get the roofing done through insurance. Highly recommended! My relationship with them began with a call to them to come estimate a leak that had appeared after a storm. They were able to show up the same day or the next day, I forget which, but it was much much quicker than the other two places I contacted. Fortunately the repair was quick and simple AND was made on the spot! I was only after an estimate. I didn't expect an immediate repair too! Counting my lucky stars, I figured I had better finally move forward getting my roof replaced. QRP's estimate was great. Within a week I was contacted by them with a proposed start date of the following Monday. I thought roofing contractors would be backlogged 2 to 3 months in the middle of the Summer! The crew showed up, peeled off three layers of shingles, identified approx. 30 sheets of plywood that needed to be replaced (out of approx. 50 total!), replaced them, laid down new shingles and was cleaned up and gone by dark! These guys are fast, professional and very customer-oriented. You simply can't go wrong.
