Description of Work: After telling us they would have our work completed within 2 weeks, we did not see them again for 2 months. We were told then they would be back within the week. Never heard anything for 7 weeks. Now ground is frozen & have been told they'll return in the Spring!! Now we're keeping our fingers crossed our sewer system can hold on that long. Unbelievable!

+ -1 moreIt went very very well. He called us before he came to our home to make sure we were going to be there. He showed up and was very polite and courteous. He was also very professional. Had our drain fixed in less than 20 minutes.
Description of Work: We bought our home in July of 2012. Found out the faucet did not move, they came out and installed a new faucet and drain pipes. Our drain pipe came apart 3 months later and they were very quick and prompt to come out and fix our drain. Very, very courteous and professional. Highly recommend this company to someone who is looking for an affordable, courteous, prompt plumber.
