Description of Work: I asked for an estimate to repair a crack in a ceiling below the attic. Steve came out to look at job. I accepted price quoted but every time I left a message on Strom's answering machine to set up the repair, I would never get a return call. I guess they have bigger fish to fry. This, I can understand (it's a small job). However, what I cannot forgive, is not getting a return call saying they are obviously not interested in making the repair. That is common courtesy. I've moved on to another company.

+ 0 moreJOB WAS PERFECT. GREG AND RICK WERE ON TIME AND THEIR SET UP AND COVERAGE OF THE FLOOR AND FURNITURE WAS METICULOUS. THEY MOVED ALL FURNITURE AND REPLACED IT EXACTLY AS IT WAS. THEY MOVED AN ENTERTAINMENT UNIT WITH THE HEAVY TV WITHOUT PROBLEM. THEY WERE POLITE AND WORKED HARD THE ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE IN MY HOME. THE REPAIRS TO THE DRYWALL ARE INVISIBLE. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.
Description of Work: PAINTED A 20 X 15 FAMILY ROOM WITH A CATHEDRAL CEILING. REPAIRED ALL NAIL POPS (ABOUT 15-20) WITH DOUBLE SCREWS. SHERWIN WILLIAMS PAINT IS USED AND LEFTOVER COLOR PAINT WAS LEFT WITH US. ONE COAT OF WHITE ON CEILING AND TWO COATS OF COLOR ON THE WALLS. REMOVED AND REPLACED 2 WALLPAPER GUARDS.

+ -1 moreAFTER THE INITIAL ESTIMATE, I CALLED TO SET A DATE WITH THE PAINTER AND WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS TOO BOOKED UP, AND THAT HE WAS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS ANYWAY.
Description of Work: PREPARE WALLS, PRIME AND PAINT KITCHEN. HANG WALLPAPER BORDER AT 8', PAINT DOOR TO GARAGE.
