The work was performed well and very promptly.

They never contacted me.

Showed up when they said that they would be at our house the whole crew was very polite when job was finished they cleaned up what mess they made and we're off

Gentlemen was very nice and knowledgeable but was up front with me because he wasn’t able to do the job.

I requested a quote weeks ago and never heard back from anyone.

I have used several different tree removal companies work on my wooded back yard over the past 30+ years and Rick's Tree Expert is the best I have seen. They work efficiently and protected my landscaping and house from damage. Clean up was well done. Their prices are reasonable. They are bonded and insured as all reputable tree removal companies should be. When I need future tree work done, they will be the ones I call to do the work!

I never received a call and no one from this company so much as stopped over to look at the tree.

Lousy, the job they did was ok but they showed up late and charged three times to much!!

They did an excellent job. They were an effective team and finished the work very quickly. They also did a very thorough clean-up. It's the first tree service we've used that really did a great job for us.

i was at work when they cut it down, but when I got home they were cleaning up and had to come back they next day to do the stump. I should have told them to take the wood chips from the stump, I did not realize how much it made. But the lady on the phone had been really patience and nice to me. They told me they would come back to get the wood chips. My neighbor did tell me that he was impressed on how the worked. If I ever had to get a tree cut down again I will be using Ricks.

They came the next day and removed everything from my front and back yards and used their "cherry picker" to clean out what was broken but still stuck in the trees. They did an outstanding job - the were courteous and professional and worked quickly. Their clean-up was great - my yard looked better than befor they came. I would definitely call them again and have alreadty reccommended them to a neighbor.

My experience with Rick's Tree Expert Co. was actually fabulous. The staff was wonderful. I would use them again in the future.

Had all of the right equipment: Large cherry picker truck, chipper, skid steer for removing debris. Sub-contracted a stump remover. Cleaned up everything including pruning some rose bushes where small branches were broken. Very amiable. Arrived right on time with an efficient crew.
