Description of Work: Maytag Neptune washer solenoid had gone out on the washer. Upon inquiry Ray and his team of knowledgeable and friendly counter salesman helped to troubleshoot my problem and opted to save this economy stricken dad the option of repair or instruction to repair the problem myself. Ray and his team exemplify what customer service is all about.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. I wasn't able to get the date I originally asked for, but I did call about 3 pm the day before I wanted them to come out. Then I didn't have another day off for week after that, and the gentleman who answered the phone was concerned about me not having a refrigerator from a week and asked if I had something to hold me over until that date. The technician was very prompt, in fact he arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled timeframe, and called me from outside to make sure I was ready for him. They charged $65 to come out and look at the refrigerator, but if you decide to have it fixed that amount goes toward the total cost of the bill. I ended up having my overload and relay replaced, which took about 20 minutes or so. The technician was very polite and efficient.
Description of Work: They fixed my refrigerator which was not cold at all.
