The two guys who came to clean my carpets were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The reason why I gave them a "B" rating was dirty areas didn't get completely cleaned. Unfortunately I didn't notice until a week after they left that the couple of dirt spots (that I pointed out to them) didn't come out, but were just spread out/ diluted. I'm not sure if the lighting was bad, but they said that the spots came clean.

Great .It was quite soiled, and he did a super job.

Carpeted areas had been thoroughly cleaned (animal smells gone) by Millers, including moving furniture, last year. They offer a walk through service basically cleaning the most used areas without moving furniture. The cleaner also cleaned a hallway runner. I can't say enough good about Miller's Classic Carpet Care starting with the courteous response when the phone is answered, helpful suggestions, and carpet cleaners who know their job and are courteous and pleasant besides. I use a list of local services providers for home stuff. I was delighted to add Millers a couple of years ago and discontinue franchised carpet cleaners.

Carpet was almost dry by mid-afternoon. Millers, the service operator, and I knew that some stains over 3 years old and stains remaining after traditional carpet cleaning might not be removed. I am pleased to say most of them are gone; it is such a relief. I have been a foster dog mom, and I adopted one of the foster dogs (who doesn't like to do potty outside in cold, rain, or snow). My cat was put down recently due to kidney failure (she didn't use litter box and started using the 2nd room). I wasn't able to manage up until the last year due to a stroke and joint surgery, but I did my best. Starting over with a nice clean carpet has made me proud of my home again. I had felt like I would have to replace my carpet. Millers didn't even suggest such a thing. They just went to work; did the job. Now if my dog potties I will see it and remove it....I can finally bend down enough to get at the mess. I can't thank you enough Miller's Classic Carpet Care. Millers should get an A.

Millers were hired to clean the basement carpets of my home. The operator arrived on time and started the process. When he left the carpets looked cleaned and I commented to the company that it did look good. However, the carpet was very wet. Millers informed me to run my furnace fan for a day. Which I did. On the second day, a strong musty oder came from my basement. On the 3rd day the smell was reaking. I called miller on the second day and the owner and operater came to my house the next day. They insisted it was my fault but did leave some fans to help dry out the carpets. It didnt help. No offer of refund was givin and they insisted it wasn't there responsibility. I was forced to completly remove my carpets and pad to eliminate the oder.I have hired other carpet cleaners sinse and the reacurring theme is that they have seen this time again from Millers. Poorly trained operators and disasterous results.

They are prompt and efficient. They are honest with me.
