The installers did a great job, were very professional and were punctual. Previously we had them install a new picture window and sliding glass door. We have used this company for siding and roofing and have been pleased with their products and service and would highly recommend them. As far as price - I believe you get what you pay for and they were comparable to other companies. They have a good product.

The estimator had to reschedule once and was then late to the rescheduled appointment. It was during a high-need time in our area, so that may have been an anomaly. He took a look and gave my husband advice on repairing it himself because it wouldn't meet the minimum of $350.00 for the company to come out. We're thinking about having the chimney stack taken down and the roof patched/repaired, so we'll call them back then to replace some shingles and patch that part of the roof.

The materials were of good quality and the installation techniques were good. I thought the price was very high, but it was competitive with other bids that I received at the time. Follow-up work that I requested on a difficult-to-operate casement window never happened, but the window worked better later. Make sure that the preliminary measurements are correct. The bay window was larger than the original window opening, and required alteration of the wall framework for it to fit. At this time (five years later) I have only found one small area that I needed to alter, but the rest of the siding and window have held up and performed well.

The represenative came to my house and took measurements, brought a sample window and information about the various window types they offered. He listened to my concerns about the windows that were presently in the rooms and the problems I had with them. My home is only 15 years old and the complex builder used poor quality windows and did even a poorer job of installing them. The M I Construction representative offered various solutions to my problems by the type of installation they would do and the advantages of replacement with their high efficiency windows. I was very pleased with the presentation but in the end went with a competive bid do to price and installation date.
