Kenney's is fabulous!! It has been well over two months now and I HAVE NOT SEEN even one ANT! I have not had to call for any type of re-treatments - although I really should call him to THANK him personally, as I am finally enjoying a summer without ants!
Description of Work: In 10 years in our older home we have always had a springtime ant problem - even after gutting and redoing our kitchen three years ago, they persistently returned. I am a cleanly person taking my own measures, have used many OTC products, and after repeated failures of other pest control companies to be able to manage it, I called Kenney's Pest Control to treat in early April, before the problem started this year. The price and terms with Kenney's - no contract or hidden additional charges, and complete guarantee, sold us! His professional, caring and reassuring demeanor, and commitment to his guarantee are unmatched in the QC.

Description of Work: They searched my home for spots mice could enter. They found a lot of areas that I wouldn't have found on my own. They provided fair pricing to cover entry spots. They didn't find all of them on the first trip, but came back free and found/covered other spots. I called other companies that just wanted to poison the mice. Kenny's was interested in preventing them from getting in.

Brian is a wonderful rep for this company. He was very thorough, arrived early, spent significant time examining the property and gave us a full written & verbal report. He also told us about mistakes we were making, which were hard to hear but totally necessary. We decided to hire him to complete all of his recommendations, which haven't occurred yet. This inspection was totally worth our while, since we live in an area where there will always be active wildlife.
Description of Work: Did a complete inspection of the house and grounds for pest, particularly rodent control.

It went very well. The technicians were very personable and used booty covers for their shoes which is probably company policy, but seemed very considerate to me. I moved into my new house in Oct. '14 and I saw wasps, ants and spiders immediately. I live right across from a big wooded area so this didn't surprise me, but one visit from them and I haven't seen any bugs since. Their price is fair and scheduling is very convenient.

Description of Work: I had them spray for wasps and I thought at first it worked very well, but the wasps came back and Kenneys came out again and were responsive. But I'm still seeing a couple of wasps. They had said usually once does the trick.

Description of Work: Kenney's completed an initial treatment of my home and it seems to be working so far. The representative arrived on time and was knowledgable and friendly. | |The only issue that didn't meet my expectations is that the representative took a dead bat and some droppings with him and said that he would have their "specialist" contact me about bat/rodent proofing my home. It has been a month and still no contact.

John our technician arrived w/in the time window given by the office. He was very friendly and answered any and all questions we had. He took around 15-20 minutes inside & finished his outside work after so as not to inconvenience us in our move-in.

We have a contract with them for quarterly treatments and they do a very professional job and are very courteous. We have had them for years and it was the best decision we made. Can't say enough good about them.
Description of Work: They spray inside the house, our 3 season porch, front porch and the shed out back. We have had them come out quarterly for years and, if we see a bug b/4 they are do out again we just call them, but that rarely happens.

Great. They explained the problem and what I could do if I wanted to do so. Then they came out as scheduled and the problem is gone. Timely, professional and thorough. We have used them for probably 17 years and will continue to have them treat our house on a regular basis. UPDATE: I did not mean to mislead anyone. I was NOT charged for the wasp control, it is part of my regular pest control plan.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. Our company strives to exceed customer expectations. In reviewing your account with us we have not done service for your property since December 2010. We did not do service for you in July 2012. We have on record numerous times you or your wife cancelled service at the last minute with us or with no notice at all. We let this go for a couple of years without any cancellation fees or trip fees. We also explained to your wife that our technicians work on commission and we would need more notice of cancellations or we would not be able to service you any longer. Unfortunately, keeping appointments times was not done and you continued to cancel our stand us up all together. That is what caused us to end service with you. This also had happened in 2009 and we ended service with you at that time for you cancelling services or standing us up. We took you back and explained that we needed to have regular services done and the reasons why. We would have loved to continue our services for you but we were left with no choice other than to end the service. We feel that it is a privilege for us to service our customers and we strive to give excellent customer service at all times. Unfortunately, we were not able to provide you excellent service due to you not keeping your appointments.
