Showed up late, were not prepared for the job with all the equipment needed, took longer than expected. Should have been done in 1 day including clean-up, but didn't finish clean-up that day and didn't return for 3 days; even then, clean-up was incomplete. Damaged some lawn lights and cut internet/telephone and didn't let anyone know about it. Actual tree work was good.

When Evans Tree Service did not arrive at 8:30 a.m. as scheduled on Thursday, 6/07/2012, I tried to telephone Scott Evans at 9:05 a.m.  His voice mail was full so I left a page.  At 9:30 a.m., I left a text message.  I never heard from him on Thursday or Friday.  On Saturday afternoon, Scott called and apologized for not doing the work on Thursday based on medical issues.  He said he was unable to call me but could not explain why someone else from his company did not contact me.  I had waited two weeks for this appointment and specifically alotted time to be available at home for this work.  I called another company to perform this work.
