Description of Work: We have owned a Gererac Home generator for six years and have had it serviced annually. We had used two other companies in the past. One charged at least 30% more than Doug's and the other failed to show for two scheduled appointments. The serviceman, Jon, from Doug's was excellent. He showed up on time, was very thorough, and gave me advice on our unit that I had not heard before.
