They called me back about a week later and told me that they were sorry it took so long to call back but they could/would not be able to quote me due to the size of my home and the age of their workforce. They were very kind and apologetic.

They were excellent. Paul, the owner, has fit us in to complete work in a timely manner. He is very helpful and explains the work and product that he works with.

Paul, the owner of this family-run business, along with his son, prepared the estimate and was the contact for all matters related to the project. The two-man crew that was assigned to undertake the project was responsible and appeared to take care and pride in the quality of their work. The job was completed as proposed, and I would definitely consider Best Improvement for similar projects I will likely be undertaking in the future.

Best was the average price but had the MOST professional and personable employees. They were very considerate, worked with my schedule and gave me addresses of houses they had done to see the work AND help me pick my color by seeing them on a house, not just a sample. The crew were pleasent and punctual. The house looks great. I wish they did more types of construction as I would always use them.

Paul and his entire crew were exceptional. They were prompt and kept in touch regarding weather delays. During the time that we had scheduled the roofing my Grandmother died unexpectedly and we had to be out of town. Paul and his crew worked at the house and were incredibly professional. They did a great job cleaning up and the house looks fantastic.
