They do good work if you do not mind cleaning up a big mess when they are done and if you see something that is not quite right forget about them coming back to fix it.

Professional,prompt and excellent work

The cuts of the 12 x 12 tile were done poorly, Fixed mistakes with caulking instead of doing it over again. Very poor clean up of materials - threw it on my rubber patio blocks instead of the grass, slopped on my fence and then threw the buckets of mud in the garbage can without a bag and it all spilled. No way to clean it out in the winter weather. .

Left floors dirty. Left broken tile pieces on garage floor. Quoted $3.5/sqft which was fine but measured project at 290sqft want to add 5% for purchase of waste which was fine but charged me at the end for the wasted sqft which was $75 more. Also didn’t center tiles on border of room, and that was the main reason I hired a pro I could have just started a tile at a corner and went from there

Thanks to Chris, my floors are absolutely gorgeous. He installed engineered hardwood in my family room, foyer and halls. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. His price was excellent, and I paid exactly what he quoted. I made a mistake and didn't order enough trim, which of course means Chris will have to come back and finish the trim. I offered to pay extra for his time, but he said no just call him when the trim comes in. I'd hire him again, and plan on telling my friends and family about him. I can't wait to show off my new floors!

Showed up on time. Explained fully what needed to be done to complete the repair. Cost estimate was $20 higher than the final cost.

Very professional and did a beautiful job re-stretching carpet in 4 rooms. After Chris and his helper did the work, they were saddened that the ripple in one room had caused it to collect dirt. Chris said they wished they had cleaning supplies with them to make it look better. When we produced some, they immediately took to cleaning it up. We and they were both pleased with the final outcome. They were also very careful with objects in the rooms. Highly recommend!
