GREAT company. I never write reviews, but this time I truly had to. I called 4 companies to try to get this vinyl plank flooring project done, but this company seemed to be the only honest and reliable one. Not only did Chris and his crew do a great job, they were easy to talk to, make me feel comfortable, made sure everything was done exactly as I had wanted, arrived on time (sometimes even a little early!), and were some of the most dilligent and hard working people I have ever met. My father was even blown away by their craftsmanship and their character and he's rarely impressed by anyone. 100% would use them again if I decide to work on my stairs or second floor.

Chris and his crew arrived on time and got to work right away installing my vinyl planking. They were courteous and did a great job. They left my house and garage clean and neat. I would definitely use them again.

Chris is great. He was so down to earth and worked with us to make sure our tile project worked out the way we needed it to. We will definitely use Schroeder again if we need other flooring work!

Chris did a great job installing laminate flooring. Even offered to go get the the 1/4 round I failed to purchase and istall. I highly recommend Schroeder Floor Covering.

Our new Engineered vinyl planking is beautiful. Chris and his guys were courteous and professional. The entire process lasted 3 days. They cleaned up the after the job and hauled away the debris. The only problem was that they did not have a vacuum system on their circular saw when removing the subfloor. There was dust everywhere. They were on time and even came back to tweak a few things. They had a quick response time and were here when they said they would be. I couldn't be happier with my new floor.

I had them tile both bathrooms around tub, shower, floor and walls. I have never seen a worse job. The tile in the shampoo niches had to be completely redone, the gaps were terrible! The feature strip on wall was not even from one wall to the next. I had to use quarter round on one corner just to hide unfinished corner with different tile gaps all the way up the wall. Its the worse job I ever seen.

Quick response after we started process with HomeAdvisor and on time for the free quote project walkthrough. Provided some suggestions on including subfloor installation for our laminate floor installation job, and ideas on threshold between new laminate and existing ceramic tiles. I took all his suggestions and all of it worked out well. I even had him install new primed wood baseboard trim with quarter round that was extra cost. They took care of it in about 5 hours. (note that we did have the old carpet and old baseboards removed). Pricing was very reasonable for what he suggested that we do as extras and so pleased with the install and scheduling, we got it done fairly quickly. Side NOTE: we had started the process with our local home improvement store install sub, who took two weeks to come out to look at it, another week and half for the quote and no suggestions made, so no subfloor and no baseboard install included. (Note that the "sale installation" price from home improvement center, was more than double on the quote!-shoulda went with homeadvisor from start). As another reviewer mentioned, there will be a lot of sawdust and they did best that they could cleaning up; i used a blower in the garage and it worked out well. Again, quick response to calls; came when they said; quality and efficient installation for reasonable price- we are well pleased.

Chris finished the job within 12 hours after posting on Home Advisor. Very happy with his service.
