I wanted to tile my garage myself, but couldn’t find the time. Chris asked questions about my garage tile project I hadn’t thought of and I was able to get his preferred material over my sales counter “help” Outstanding customer service and communication throughout. Chris Schroeder told me his employee, Chad, would be at my house on Friday between 9am to 10am. Waited til 10:20 and reached out to Chris. His response was great. Then Chad called. He told me his dad has stage 4 cancer and needs a CT scan at the hospital and been there since 10. Chad tried getting me to reschedule but I could not. Chris did not respond after a request to get someone else. Chad then texted at 1 telling me he is waiting on a baby sitting. I respond, ok. No other communication. Then at 2:10 pm Chad arrives. Does a decent job, I cleaned up the mess as he threw the scraps out into the hallway. He was worried about what music he was listening to. I texted Chris, again, no response. Then Chad asks if he wants me to caulk the baseboards. I say yes, even offer him the caulk. He then does it, but explains his dislike in doing it. Horrible experience!!! To say the least!

Not please with the job Chris and his crew done in my home. My floors are uneven. I have reach out to Chris on a few occasions, he came out and viewed the situation and agreed there was something wrong. We made arrangements for him yo return with proper tool to fix it. Chris missed the appointment. I rescheduled and he also missed this appointment. He has not yet returned my calls so we can get this situation resolved. Very disappointed in Chris's customer service and the job he done.

The work done by Chris and his people was a little sloppy. They did not seem to be interested in getting the details right but would correct a defect that was pointed out to them.

Hired Chris for a kitchen backsplash. my contractor wanted to charge and arm and a leg for a very small job. It not a huge space but it was the last piece to a complete kitchen remodel. Juan and Chris did an incredible job! Very meticulous! They were very nice and very professional. We could not be happier with the work and they charged a reasonable price.

Make sure you have all materials needed. Not good with 2nd visits or returning phone calls. Doesn't seem malicious, just disorganized. My living room furniture still isn't back in place because I can't put it back until the railing next to the stairs is back in place and that can't be put back until the stair nose is installed. Once I find somebody to do that.

Nice work! Some wasted time and mis-communication, but all problems were resolved in the end.

Chris and his team were very professional. I needed one bedroom done and they did an outstanding job! Would recommend to everyone! When I am ready to finish the rest of my house will call Chris without a doubt!!

Chris and crew were great! On time, started right away. Before I realized it, they had removed our smelly carpet, moved our furniture and were beginning our new wood floors. Amazing! Extremely polite and even played my favorite tracks on their radio! Fair pricing for sure. I would hire Schroeder Flooring in a heart beat!
