Thank you for taking time to share your experience for other Angie's List members to see. We thank you for the positive feedback, but are confused with the grade we were given for price, since you purchased a sump pump Storefront deal through Angie's List. This deal is an advertised coupon on Angie's list that was available for you to price compare. These deals are bought and scheduled so it wasn't a price that was sprung at the last minute that no choice was given but to accept it. The price paid which was $409 for a new sump pump with a 3yr parts and labor guarantee. That price is one of the lowest prices out there for a sump pump install by a licensed plumbing company. There are companies that can do it cheaper but I can guarantee they don't have the reviews that we have, This is why I believe we were chosen. Quality work, quality products, from a quality plumbing company is piece of mind that is worth every penny.

Description of Work: Installed cap and checked valve on ejector pit and sealed lid. Installed valve on toilet line and reconnected toilet and checked for leaks. Steve was very courteous and friendly. He provided valuable information that I need for future renovation of the bathroom and provide the different problems that we will eventually have to deal with. Everything went very well for the requested service. Steve was a little late, but that was because it was one of those storming days and traffic was awful. But the office kept in touch with me, letting me know what the delay was and his approximate time of arrival. I would definitely use and recommend R J Graham Plumbing.

I'm sorry that you had the experience you had. We have no record of your name in our system for work being done on the date stated. We have not received any calls of unhappiness by anyone from the above name. Also we only service Illinois so this is most likely a mistake. Sometimes people will let others use their Angie's list membership. Without a local name or city we cant locate nor address this members unhappiness. There isn't even information on the type of work performed to try and track it that way. Also if it is a person other than the member than we are possible dealing with 2nd and 3rd party information regarding the job. This is not uncommon but it does skew the accuracy of the accounts in the review. Nonetheless, we will be having Angie's list look it to this review . If it is ours but under a different name we will reach out to the member to make things right. We do not want any of our customers unhappy. If it is a mistake the review will go to the proper company..

Description of Work: Blew out pipes in attic for outside faucets - repaired leaks. Very professional - explained all they did - have had problems with leaks for 3 years - this is the first of now 4 plumbers who told us we had to have pipes blown out (winterized) in order to prevent future leaks! Will have them blow out pipes in fall & definitely use again! Feel prices are a little high - but willing to pay for quality work!
