They did an excellent job of reviewing the problem and coming up with an economical solution for my parents. They were extremely polite, on-time, explained the challenges of the situation and were very accommodating to my parents questions and concerns. I have a plumbing repair that needs to be done later this summer and R.J. Graham will definitely be the one I call to do the work.

Excellent. Plumber knew exactly what it was and what was needed and explained everything. Price was very reasonable, and we were given a Seniors' discount. All we had to do was relax and leave it to them. We will call them for any future plumbing needs.

Scheduling was quick and easy. The plumbers arrived on time and were professional. Work was quoted and completed right away. Price was fair.

Plumbers were on time and very professional. Hot water heater was installed and associated gas and water pipes. Additionally two shutoff water valves were installed. Very fast installation and they explain what they were doing and how the new heater worked which was very different than the one that was installed.

Workers showed up early. Fixed the problem and fixed another unknown (to me) problem for about the quoted price (for twice the work).

After using another plumber for years this is the first time I used RJ Graham. I could not be happier with the work that was done. The plumbers started by hanging plastic everywhere to avoid waste water splatter. They were very meticulous in their work to avoid any damage of to the remaining pipes. They spent the time to insure that they left everything as clean as when the started their work. I will be using RJ Graham for future work.

Steve and the team at RJ Graham were excellent in getting my project complete. They are very courteous and professional in the their approach. They came in, reviewed the situation and provided a very competitive estimate with a focus on warranty and post implementation support. They were very prompt in responses to my questions & doubts. Their work was of superior quality and the water heater has been functioning very well. All in all I am very happy with their work.

EVERYTHING WENT FINE. HAD ANOTHER ESTIMATE THAT WAS HIGHER. THEY REPLACED LEAKING COPPER PIPE THAT RAN THE WHOLE LENGTH OF MY CRAWLSPACE WITH PVC.

Our whole experience with RJ Graham Plumbing, Inc. was absolutely perfect. What a great company to deal with! The receptionist, June, was very polite and well informed. Steve our installer was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything he was doing in detail and in easy to understand terms. He was very professional and very punctual. With the great Zoeller system he installed. we have peace of mind. We would definitely hire him again. This is one well run company and it shows. Thank you, Steve!!!

RJ Graham was very professional and prompt in there dealings with me. We hired them to extend an existing interior gas line to a different area of the house, through the exterior wall, and install a valve outside to be used with our grill. I was not available at the time they came take a look at the job and provide an estimate, they walked my wife(novice in home repair) through the entire process until she was comfortable with everything. Their work was clean, professional, and timely. I could not be any more happy with the end results and they will be the first call I make if I ever need a plumber.

So I’ll start this review by saying that RJ was my first choice after reading many reviews and opinions. I contacted RJ on 3/5/18 in the morning by voicemail and message they never called me back but did respond to my message. My first MESSAGE to them was asking for an appointment then was followed by questions about their water heater deal. They responded and after a few questions and answers I decided on them. I waited for an appointment date and time all day and most of 3/6/18 and finally decided to reach out again and ask for an appointment again. After waiting all day 3/5 and most of 3/6 I finally decided that RJ didn’t want my business and was going to reach out to my second choice, immediately RJ responded to me stating “ Ok. We are thankful for the consideration. I was going to say we can do a 20% discount for law enforcement with the 10 year parts and labor guarantee . But no problem. I’m glad you found someone to take care of it for you.” I immediately responded that when I said I found another installer it was because I decided to reach out to my second choice, I never said I committed to anyone. I responded that I rather do business with them since they have so many great reviews and they were my first choice. They continued to respond in a very personal not professional manor. They pretty much stated to me that they were not a company that mess around and if I wanted them I should have stuck by them and not looked for anyone else because they were not going to be in a bidding war with anyone. So after a few more messages back and forth I decided to review RJ because on Angie’s List they are the best and for the best to act this way after a customer is practically begging for their service that’s just bad business. Unfortunately in my opinion what sealed my fate was asking if they had a law enforcement discount. So buyer beware these guys are the best so please treat them that way otherwise you will not be doing business with them.

Excellent. The guys did a great job with these extensions. They explained everything they were going through do and exceeded expectations.

The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line.

Jim Gray was out Technician. I was not home as they were about 1.5hrs late for the appointment due to an issue at a prior appointment. However, the customer service representative kept in touch by phone and text. Once shown what was going on, Jim Gray knew exactly what the problem Was and my leak no longer existed after 40 min of work. Additionally, Mr Gray left my final condition in the upper level bath better than before the leak existed. Should I have need for a plumber in the future I will call R J Graham.

Fred and Jeff were excellent. Punctual, professional, and technically very knowledgable. Focused on diagnosing all of the plumbing problems and quickly putting in the necessary fixes. Will be calling RJ Graham Plumbing next time!

It went really well. Tony got the pipes thawed and gave me advice to prevent it from happening again. He also pointed out why it happened.

R.J.Graham were very accommodating with my schedule and came out even in the cold rain of November to complete the services, which was outside. So far everything is draining properly.

Very well. We really appreciated Steve's approach to troubleshooting the situation to determine what the problem was. It was not immediately apparent, and he gave us a lot of confidence by his systematic approach. He explained what the issues were and was very supportive when we realized the prior owner left us with a bum deal. Jeff, the other plumber was knowledgeable and supportive as well. I know it sounds nuts......but finding major plumbing problems after you just move into a house is a bummer to say the least! They fixed all the toilets in the house as well

called, came out on time, fixed and was clean and professional.

Two guys from RJ Graham came out promptly and got the problem fixed very quickly. It's working great now, and they didn't charge me that much since it was such a quick fix.

Steve Suarez was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and schedule an appointment. He and his apprentice arrived on time, were professional and methodical in checking out whether any leak existed and explained options for repair. They were patient in answering my questions and made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. They were both professional and friendly.

Responsiveness was very good. We've used them multiple times, and they've always done a good job. We've probably used them three or four times over the years, and they're always very good.

Job before mine went over, which caused a 3 hour delay. But once at my house, the work was quick.

Steve and his team did a great job for us. Work on our project started about 4 months after it was quoted. The delays were on our part. They were patient with us. RJ honored the quote even though the gentleman that quoted the job left the company prior to our job starting. Prior to beginning the remodel we had to replace out water heater. They fit us in even though their schedule was tight. Once the remodel project started they fit us in even though their schedule continued to be tight. RJ Graham did quality work and treated us with integrity. I am very glad we used then for our remodel project.
