I called for help on a Sunday evening because my kitchen drain system was clogged. I couldn't use my dishwasher, double sinks, or wash machine. The company representative responded immediately by text and we scheduled service for the next morning. Ed showed up in the very early part of the time widow I'd been given. He listened to my explanation carefully, politely asked a few questions, assessed the situation, and then efficiently set to work snaking out the drain through the inlet behind my wash machine. Even after the drain opened up, he kept snaking and testing to make extra sure the clog was well on its way to the public sewer. When he felt satisfied, Ed cleaned up the work area, reconnected my wash machine, put it back in the right place, and went on his way. The frosting on the cake is that Ed's holiday-saving work cost only $99 because I got a generous Angie's List discount AND RJ Graham gives a six-month warranty! I would never call anyone else for plumbing assistance.

Everything went wonderful and in a timely manner. Jim came to our house on Tuesday and wrote us up an estimate . We agreed to cost of work to be done . He came at 7am on Thursday , and immediately started working . Within a short period of time Jim had all work completed and tested all drains to make sure there were no leaks . I must say that we are thoroughly pleased with the work performed by RJ Graham Plumbing. Jim was a professional in every sense of the word, he was courteous , conscientious about the work he did , cleaned up , and removed all the old parts. It is sometimes difficult to find a company that truly cares about their customers . We have been looking for a good reputable plumber for several years . RJ Graham is a keeper in our book and we shall use them for all our plumbing needs no matter how big or small. Before we hired them I read every review and found nothing but satisfied customers , and I am one of them now . I definitely would recommend RJ Graham Plumbing to anyone in need of a true craftsman .

I thought the price was a little high for what he did, that's my only complaint. I don't know it could be perfectly normal charge. I'm very impressed with them; I thought they were very professional and got right back to me with the email and when they were going to come and they came when they said they were supposed to and they cleaned everything up and the guy was real pleasant and I don't have any complaints at all about the service.

Ed arrived on time at 8 am and was very professional and punctual. He put on shoe covers when he entered into the house, and went to the area where the hot water you was located. He discussed the price that was quoted to us the day before over the phone. I didn't get the lady's name that I spoke to over the phone but she did state that the price would be between $899 to $1000 depending upon copper pipe additions for the waterline. We agreed for the work to begin. Ed disconnected and drained the old water heater, he brought in a new Rheem 40 gal. unit and installed it with some additional copper couplings. Ed was finished within 2 hours. He cleaned up and took the old unit with him. I will definitely use RD Graham plumbing again and I will ask for Ed.

The tech came right on time. He was efficient and professional. Once he realized that the first line he tried to rod out had hit a snag, he then went about rodding out another clean-out point for the main sewer line. He was able to clear-up a backup and all the stinky water went whooshing away! He did a great job and was very knowledgeable about my house and the plumbing set up in my house. The only negative was that the quote I asked to have my sump pump pipe swapped to the other side of the house came in a little higher than I had hoped for. I would have really liked to use the to reroute my sump pump pipe, but their quote at $300 seemed too high. Despite this, the work they did was great!

They did an excellent job for me the first time I had them out. I called them again for another plumber project and it went well.

It is running smooth now, however I believe I was over charged and I felt that he was trying to make a bigger job out of it than it was by trying to put a 't' in the PBC line for me. I don't know if I trust him. He originally quoted me $175.00 but ended up charging $250.00 because he stated that it took him longer than what he expected. He wanted to charge me $500.00 for the additional work but I declined the work. As of 11/25/13 This complaint has been rectified and we have come to a mutual agreement.

June was very responsive to my request for a quote for specific options to replace by 14 year old water heater after doing some research on my request for a comparison for a standard efficiency and high efficiency water heater. I ended up going with a brand recommended by them rather than the brand that other plumbers were recommending to me. Also stuck with the standard efficiency since the upcharge for the high efficiency unit didn't make financial sense at the time. Ed showed up promptly at 8 am. Only issue was that he thought I was providing the new water heater. Once we got that figured out, he went and picked up the new water heater. He was back pretty quickly and called before he came back as I had requested so I could deal with my dogs. Installation was quick and all done just by Ed. He said he had a 'system' for getting these done and it went well. Pricing was the best I could find for a comparable unit and labor. Definitely will use RJ Graham Plumbing again for other plumbing needs. I'm already thinking of what else I can use their help with.

Each time they promised to call me back to schedule but never did. My basement is still flooded.

At times when the shower in the master bathroom was used water dripped into the laundry room. In addition, the handles in this bathroom and the main bathroom (which backs up to the master bathroom) both leaked when the water was on. I had a very experienced handyman who also works at Ace Hardware assess the issue previously. His first guess was that the shower handles were also leaking behind the wall and running into the laundry room, but said he couldn't be sure without removing the tile. He also suggested that the laundry room leak could be coming from the roof. I had Jim from AR Graham come out and he immediately identified the cause of the water leaking into the laundry room - the grout above the lowest row of tiles in the shower was bad. I couldn't even see the crack until I stuck my face about 6 inches away. He went to the laundry room and was able to look up with a flashlight and say that was definitely the problem and that there was not wood rot, which was my greatest fear. Today Jim removed the tiles and was careful to preserve them as a tile professional will need to repair the drywall (or concrete wall) and reinstall the tile. I started calling for the tiling while Jim was still here and he even spoke with that company. He also suggested that I call for at least three estimates and said that he'd seen the adhesive scraped from the back of tile after one company told me it couldn't be done (i.e., I'd need new tile). Jim also needed to install new shower handles as they were about 40 years old and had leaked externally and also behind the tile and rotted some of the drywall that the tiles were attached to. It was a big job. Jim was here for 5-1/2 hours. They also supplied the shower hardware for both bathrooms. Jim was a consummate professional and a very nice person!

They were able to come out the day I called regarding the repair of a main line gas leak. Although they didn't have the parts to repair, they were back within 24 hours to get it fixed. Very flexible and easy to work with!

Could not reach clog from kitchen, returned and rodded from clean out in crawl space.

I received excellent customer service every time I spoke with an employee. One gentleman (who's name I don't recall) was very friendly & was able to accommodate me & provide an estimate over the phone. The estimate was fair & accurate. Upon calling back to schedule an appointment, the woman was also very personable & I was able to schedule my repair for the following day. Joe was punctual, knowledgeable & a true professional. He completed the job in sooner time than expected & was very thorough. The faucet looks wonderful & I finally have a working disposal!

Steve was awesome! He was professional and prompt. Discussed all repairs and offered prices. Discussed and offered future repair services which we are also going to use him for. He is coming back next month to install a new sink and redo the plumbing underneath it. He is also going to repair a tricky leak to a lead pipe on our main water value. He is going to replace our water heater as well. We also will be using him in the spring for a new sump pump and a back up sump pump! I highly recommend him as an affordable plumber you can trust!

We called in the am due to a huge mess in the kitchen the night before after running the dishwasher (leaking pipe, work not done properly before (we bought house in May). We were given a two hour window and he showed up right in the middle of the window. He was efficient, neat and all work looks great. He had all the parts on his van. There is a one-year warranty on all work. We would use them again.

There was a leaking water pipe over hot water heater. We fixed that ourselves but hot water heater pilot light had gone out from all the water going over it. We tried to restart and couldn't. waited a day in case it needed drying out and tried still no go. called our until then 'regular' plumber we had used three other times and thought we trusted him, he said we needed a new hot water heater since that one was 8 years old and he figured if it was repairable it would cost more than 500 to repair. we decided that sounded like a con job. he hadn't even looked at it to see if it was an easy fix. he just wanted to make an appointment to install a new one. researched angies list. called another plumber and the lady wouldn't answer my questions about pricing (i.e. is there a flat trip charge, is there an after hour charge, things a plumber normally tells you up front or has on their website), RJ Graham was the next one with mostly A reviews, so we called them. they gave me the basic trip charge and told me the price of a likely repair that might be needed with this issue. very upfront and open. so we set up an appointment. the plumber came, verified it didn't start the normal way. unplugged it, took the ignition box off, if i understand it right the button had got stuck, he got it clicking again. put it back together. it worked! he waited and cycled it through to be sure it would restart on its own. all for $100. Just finished adding RJ Grahams contact info in my contact list for plumber. btw, the address used is not where the service was performed but it was for a tenant and we don't want to publish their address here. so we are using our own. but it is within a mile or so of here.

I bought one of the pay ahead of time to Angie's list special deals. The provider came but did not have the necessary equipment to rod my drain. He simply could not perform the service requested. My drain access was in my basement and he could not work on it unless access was outside.

He did a good job. He showed up on time. He was professional and friendly.

He was great. He came right out, fixed it, and ended our problem. He actually went out and got a replacement toilet because there was no fixing the toilet we had. So, they were reasonably priced. I did not feel as if someone had taken advantage of us. He did the job quickly and easily. I was very happy with that.

He showed up right on time. Completed a very thorough inspection of the whole house. We had a flush that wasn't working properly and even though it wasn't in the scope of his job, he told us exactly what to do and the cheapest way to do it. I followed his directions and now our flush works perfectly. He flushed the water heater as well. Joked around with the kids. Nice guy. Definitely recommended.
