Description of Work: I called RJ Graham Plumbing in the morning, knowing something was wrong with our ejector pump. Water seeping on the basement floor. They came out the same day, exactly when he said he would come. Everything was explained to me along the way and the ejector pump was replace. (How nice that they had everything they needed to do the repair.) I found our service man to be knowledgeable, polite and professional. Refreshing experience!

Description of Work: Originally called to rod out the basement shower drain. After the ridding failed to solve the problem. the serviceman Jim Gray determined that the problem was that the drain trap had rotted away and would have to be replaced. He took pictures for us to see and send to his boss to consult. They determined that the shower had to be taken apart, the trap replaced and a new base and shower surround be put it. They were clear in what needed to be done, very thorough and neat with the work and had the problem fixed by Monday evening. We are very pleased with the excellent service.

Description of Work: I had to reschedule several times and they were very patient with me about this. When someone came it, they were unable to perform services that I have had done by other plumbers in the past. I asked and received a refund. I am guessing at the service date as this was sometime last year and I don't remember exactly when they came out and a date was required.

Description of Work: Main sewer line was blocked with tree roots. Steve rodded, but could not get through. He dug down to the clean out and sewer line in order to get a complete picture of the issue and sewer line was part PVC and part clay. He could have convinced me that he needed to dig another whole and replace pipe for another $1900, but instead tried rodding once again, even though it had snowed. He got through this time and saved me at least $1600. Very honest and hard working.

Description of Work: They replaced a leaking hot water heater and had to redo and replace some of the plumbing for it. They did a good job. Stayed until the job was finished and cleaned up the mess.

Description of Work: Steve did a great job, was easy to work with & he satisfied the picky village inspectors right off the bat. I plan on using him in the future.

Description of Work: I hired this company based on Angie's List member recommendations, and I can see why they rated these guys "A". First of all, the only blemish on this report is the fact that they were 2 hours late ( I was given a 2P.M.-5P.M. window ) on a Friday night. But Steve and his associate more than made good on this by calling me and giving me ample warning of their lateness, plus they threw in some services free for my trouble. On to the work itself: Steve and his partner installed a Mansfield 2-peice elongated toilet. They also upgraded the water supply line to a metallic sheath hose, and replaced the wax ring with a new one. No damage done to bathroom floors/walls, & they left area clean as they found it.

Description of Work: Removed 2 old water heaters and installed 2 new water heaters. Also placed an expansion tank. The set up for the water heaters that were there prior was not typical and Mr. Graham took an extra half hour to figure out exactly how to install the new ones safely. He took time to explain the set up as well. He offered to answer any future questions I may have not only in regards to the install but any plumbing questions I may have even if it was a "do it yourself" job. No problems so far. Jeff

Description of Work: I called and left a clear message 2/13 and they never called back. I have to assume that they are too busy to be interested in doing a toilet repair. They can't say they called back and left a message and didn't hear back from me because my phone would show a missed call and there are no messages in my voice mail. After no return call for 3 days, I used another plumbing service.

Description of Work: Checked main drain to street. Nothing was was wrong, but I hadn't had my main drain checked sinced I moved here 23 years ago. Everything fine. They were polite, on time, and cleaned up accordingly. Explained and answered all my questions.

Description of Work: I purchased an "Angies List Big Deal" for rodding my drain line from the house to the city sewer. Steve came at the time promised. He and another plumber efficiently set up their equipment in a short period of time. The rodding required about 110 feet to the sewer which took approximately 1 hour due to some tree roots in the drain. After they left, I checked the drain cover area; I couldn't tell they had been here - a very good clean up job.

Description of Work: Steve and his assistant arrived on time. They estimated the cost for fixing the shower drain leak and the final price matched the estimate. They replaced the lead seal with a rubber seal. Job was done in a professional manner and the leakage was fixed.

Description of Work: Replacement of a kitchen faucet was performed. The old fittings were impossible for us to get off our old leaking faucet so we had to call a plumber. It took over 1 1/2 hours to do the job. The plumber came when he stated he would on a Saturday morning. We had purchased our own new faucet and he completed the job of taking off the old faucet and putting on the new faucet. No leaks. No problems. We were satisfied with the job he did. P.S. He also removed a shower head for us we could not get off when I asked him if he would.

Description of Work: I set up an appointment for an estimate. Thirty minutes before they were supposed to arrive they called to say there would be a $60.00 charge for the estimate. I don't believe I had been told this on the initial call.

Description of Work: Outside faucet line sprung a leak on the inside of the basement. Steve came out the same day I called assessed the problem immediately and fixed it in about an hour. He was professional, timely and answered all of my questions. I will definately call Steve again and recommend him to anyone.
