The overall cost was higher than I wanted to spend on the project. They were very responsive. The price was reasonable it just was a bit more than I wanted to spend.

We had contracted for 160 ft of fence and have the dirt from the holes removed. While the crew was installing, they noted some low spots in our not-so-landscaped yard and recommended just spreading the dirt there instead of them carting it away, thus saving us the dirt removal fee. In addition, they were able to shave off about 6 ft of fence needed, actually installing 154 ft of fence; all told we saved about $200. The only negative thing was the fact that the crew left a very few wire clippings in the grass, posing a missile hazard when mowing; and we also found several wire pieces on our driveway where they parked their truck, posing a tire hazard. However, that being said, we would use them again in a heartbeat.

I felt I needed to hire a well established reputable contactor for this project because the work had to done right the first time. I liked the fact that K Brothers had an office/showroom unlike smaller contractors who worked out of their homes. Materials used were high quality. Installers were experienced and took pride in their work. Also, they were company employees, not subcontractors. Everyone at K Brothers was easy to work with and professional. Price was fair. We are now enjoying a private back yard. I highly recommend K Brothers.

The work went very well. Our deck was collapsing and they were able to repair it. Worked quickly and efficiently, our deck looks great and it is now all level.

The estimator prepared us for every step that would be taken. Communication was good and the price was very fair. The whole experience went very well.

They were wonderful! We had an issue with our fence and came out right away to fix it. It was fast and done well.

This fence installation was an extension of the neighbors fence installation that was done at the same time. The same fence material and height were used. Dirt removal was not included in the proposal; there was no provision in the proposal to pay for this dirt removal. The fence posts were set in concrete and allowed to set for two days. The final installation was done in the pouring rain. The fence workmanship was good. The dirt from the fence posts is piled up next to the posts. The crew didn't bother to spread the dirt around. The fence is all muddy due to ground fence parts storage and handling of the parts in the rain.There are scrap cut-off pieces left in the yard. The cost is expensive. My cost comes out to over forty dollars a foot. I took the neighbors fence footage off his land survey. The neighbor spent about seventy nine hundred dollars for his fence at the same footage rate that I paid. A lot of money! .

It took awhile (4 weeks ) for them to do the job, but they showed up on time, ready to work and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves, put the hoses back, and even smoothed out the dirt from the holes for the fence posts. The fence is even, straight, and matched the older fencing perfectly. They did a professional job that looks great. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Due to price, decided not to do job. The price was not negotiable.

I used two different fence companies. K Brothers gave me a quote and they didn't use a lot of the material. So when I questioned them, they did give me the refund which was awesome. If I didn't say anything, they would have just kept the money but seeing that I did say something, they were very honest and said that they would certainly refund me. Some of the guys told me they didn't have to do this and do that. I wanted somebody to work with me here because what I was quoted was not what I was going to be paying. The services they were going to do were the ones they didn?t need to do and I got a refund. They came out and repaired my fence. They also gave me discount on the slots, and they also gave me the refund of $292 which I thought was pretty incredible as it's a lot of money. They did refund the money, and they were honest about it. They didn't have someone come out but they took the installers word and mine. I told them to work with me here, because they were able to do the work by not using a lot of materials and they were also able to reduce the labor costs. It worked out well. They were excellent; they came right and started doing it. They had no problem with the work and the workmanship is very good. The fence looks great. They were honest. The minute they got here they started and didn't stop. Usually sometimes they take time out, but they went ahead on to the next step. Maybe they took lunch then; I'm not sure. The price came up to almost $1202 but he gave me back $292. It?s the management I had to deal with, and the workers agreed on what we did and also told me that they would tell the management about it when they returned to the shop. It took them a couple of the days to get back to me and I had to tell them to talk to Joe who was doing the job. They did speak with him and then agreed to give me back my $292 which was awesome. They didn?t have to; they could have said they would give back $75. I would use them again the future.

I called K brothers to get an estimate for a new fence. The lady took my address and cell phone. She said that she would give my info to a salesman and that I would be getting a call. Two days went by and no call. So I called again ..thinking that maybe she wrote done my cell number wrong. She had all the correct info and told me the "manager" would be back in the office at 12:30 and I would be getting a call then. Well as you can guess no call again!! If this is how they treat a potential customer, I would be very afraid how I got treated if they got my money! After 4 days of not returning my call, I called another fence company, the lady took all my info and then immediately scheduled a date and time for an estimate. She also gave me the salesmen cell # and name.

He was nice. He didn't return my phone calls with the estimate. He was professional. The price was high.

We were very pleased with them. We had a problem with the location of the gas meter and the gas company wanted 500 dollars to move it a foot. They came up with an idea along with me and engineered it. They grounded the existing water meter and put it in a box with a removable top so that the gas company could easily read the meter and if they have to do some work on it they don't have to disassemble the entire deck. The deck has been working fine so far. They did a good job and finished it in two days.

I have not hired them yet, but I most likely will next year when we replace the fence. I called K Brothers to get a few estimates on choices to replace my aging backyard fence. I told them that I absolutely would not be replacing the fence this year and they were fine with that. They came by during the day and gave me 3 estimates for a wood, metal, and PVC fence. They left an extremely professional quote in the mailbox a few days later. The estimate was very reasonable and included tear down of the old fence. We most likely will definitely hire them when it comes time to replace the fence in the next 2 years after we stop by their shop to see our options.

Called the company on 2 occasions over the course of 2 weeks to arrange for an estimate. The sales person never even called to schedule. The company was made aware that I was calling a second time to schedule an appointment. I talked to a woman at the company's listed phone number and the second time she said the salesmen would call me right back. No return call. They had 2 numbers that they could reach me at.

The entire K Brothers experience was positive. Mike, the Owner, could not have been more accommodating and customer-oriented. The team Leader Dave, and his workers were fast, efficient, and professional. The work was completed over two days, with a day in between to allow for the cement posts to set. I appreciated this attention to detail as it was done to insure that the fence would not shift if hung too soon. Also, all companies do not set posts in cement. The Bufftech product they use has a much richer look than other products we looked at. The fence is absolutely worth every penny. K Brothers was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive quote we recieved. They offer a great 5 year warranty which is more than from the other companies. Their free estimate was accurate.

Frank returned our call for an estimate the same day. He came out the following day and told us that he would fax us two estimates, one for replacement and one for repair. We received the estimates and went with the repair option. Workers showed up when promised and work was completed in one day. We went out the next day and saw a few minor details that needed finishing. we called Frank and they were back the following day to touch things up.
