We got home on a friday night (6:30PM) and found our house dark and cold. It was apparent that the furnace was not working correctly. We called Integrity Heating and Cooling and they said they could have a tech out to our house within the hour. Jose arrived after only 30 minutes, which was a relief because we were COLD. He was very polite and professional. Jose diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and gave recommendations about how to avoid similar issues in the future. We were only charged for the service call and Jose was gone within 30 minutes. Now we are toasty and warm. Thanks Jose!

After getting MANY quotes for new furnace and a/c units for my home we decided to go with Integrity. From the very first time the salesman, Jeff, came to our home we were impressed with the professionalism and value of quality Integrity offered. We took quite a while to come to our final decision and because Integrity kept in constant communication with us, we decided to choose them to install our new system. They weren't the cheapest quote we received, but they definitely had the most to offer in terms of warranty, product reliability and other incentives. We went with a 97% efficient, two stage furnace and 2.5 ton ac unit. The ac unit had to be moved from the yard to the side of the house which required additional electric and line set work. When the installers arrived and began working (my husband who is NOT easily impressed) kept commenting on how much he liked the fact that our installers kept him involved in the process. My husband is a very mechanical person and wanted to attempt the install himself so for the professionals to keep him looped in was awesome. The installers were courteous and respectful. The install took a little longer than WE anticipated, but upon speaking with the installers it was exactly the amount of time they anticipated given our specific job. I would HIGHLY recommend Integrity for your ac & furnace needs! They might not be the cheapest quote, but for what your getting the quality and professionalism MORE than makes up for the slightly higher price tag. (And I do mean SLIGHTLY)

It's perfect for our house. I like it because the return is in our family room and I don't even hear the return sound. With it we got our ducts cleaned. They also put a humidifier in. I am 100% satisfied.

What a great job! Both guys were very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. They were the low bid by $4,000. You can't go wrong with this company. Exceptional customer service and follow-up.

The service I used for several years prior would not come out even tho I had mentioned my elderly mother just came home from surgery. I checked Angie's list; found Integrity and called them. Integrity said they could come out on a Saturday and gave me a two hour window. The service agent, Dan, came out on the early end of the window. Dan also mentioned that he would be the person calling me back with the cost and availability of the part. Dan had called me first thing Monday morning as well as the office to set up the time; they had the part; they had the price. Considering that it was a control panel I had expected the cost to be higher. Dan came out promptly; installed the part and the heat was back on! I like the fact that the same service agent that came out also called with information and came out again to install. Dan was very professional; prompt; informative and very polite. Both Dan and the office were on top of things. My mother was home since I could not be there and she was impressed as well. I will be calling again when my furnace and air conditioner needs servicing. Thank you!

They sent two men. One had 6 months experience and the other 2 years experience. The technician with 6 months did the installation and there were some mistakes. When he installed the new furnace it did not work so they thought they had a faulty furnace. It turned out he crossed the wires. He also checked for gas leaks and used a lighter instead of an indicator machine. He could have blown the house up with everyone in it. He said that he forgot the indicator machine. I had to wait two more hours so they could send another technician to see what was wrong with the furnace. The technician with two years experience said he should have done the installation. I took from the morning to 3:00 pm. for them to finish the job.

They did a wonderful and excellent job. They worked hard all day and they installed it in one day. They put what they promised to give me and they were here until 7:00 p.m. They have given me the best price. I had like 4 to 5 estimates and they were the best among that with the same unit and manufacturer. I checked their reviews and they were very good. They came on the promised day. They estimated that they'd be finished by 5:00 but something happened and they had to go and buy new fuse. They cleaned the whole thing and they did the work very good. I have recommended a couple of people to them.

I've been satisfied with all they've done so far. The units are only two years old and I couldn't give them a recommendation yet. I think they did what they had to do. They did an excellent job installing the units and they did that in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very thorough. They told us they had to change one unit and it was no big deal. It's a good company so far. They're very pleasant to work with.

Went very well. Sales guy was very responsive and installation team was great. Arrived on time, worked very hard and efficiently under difficult conditions (furnace located in attic so up/down small stairs all day), friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up well once job was completed. Hope any future service goes as well.

Service was excellent. Jason and Israel did the work and they were great. They were very respectable of myself and my home. They made sure they did not make any mess and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me how to work the programmable thermostat and humidifier and covered things I should do for maintenance going forward. They also made sure they answered any questions I might have and insured I was completely satisfied before they left.

BEFORE I GET INTO IT: John Jordan (President (?) of Integrity) sent me a stock email asking if I had any questions with my estimate. I sent him this explaining that I wanted to give them a chance to address it before I posted it. I re-sent the email three times. He has never responded. I scheduled an estimate for a whole new system; furnace, A/C, ductwork, electrical... the whole enchilada. A big job so I obviously had a few outfits quote on it. I called Integrity solely because of the ads they're running that claim that they'll throw in the A/C unit for $1.00 with a new high-efficiency furnace install. So I thought I could save a few bucks. Their estimator came out, checked out the house, and came to the same basic solution that the other three estimators before him and we sat down to work out the numbers. Now, full disclosure, the estimator was good... he did his job well. But he was working off of the standard issue charts and price sheets that the company provided him. Bottom line, their estimate was the highest I got. Not terrible, until you figure that the bottom line number was AFTER a $1000.00 in combined rebates from ComEd and Nicor and included the A/C unit supposedly for a buck. He didn't break it out as the others did to show what I was paying for the ductwork, the mechanical work, the furnace and the A/C unit individually. When I questioned why it was so high, considering the $1 AC unit, the estimator tried to explain it away as a difference in the cost of the ductwork, part of the financing cost, the difference between their American Standard equipment vs. the Bryant and Lennox units that others were quoting. He started to explain it as part of the stuff they were including as part of the deal, but I noted that the other guys offered comparable 'free' stuff. But the fact is, based on the other quotes I received, in round numbers the furnace should retail for around 5 grand. I have about $2,000.00 worth of ductwork & mechanical. So $7,000.00, less the grand in rebates, plus one dollar for the A/C = $6,001.00. Their estimate was 50% higher than that. I don't want to say that their ads are deceptive, but considering all of the numbers I've been looking at, if I'm getting the A/C for a buck, then their furnace costs near double the price others quoted for a comparable/identical unit. Plus, now I'm receiving all of their 'junk' emails, which provided more eye openers: I was quoted Wells Fargo financing that added over another $1,000.00 to their quote-- according to one of those emails, they offer no interest financing for 60 months. Never mentioned during my estimate. They offer a $500.00 less than comparable quote deal. When I showed the estimator a written quote that beat his, I was told that I would need to provide verification of the quote from the other vendor. Re: Integrity's response. Again, if they were offering the A/C unit for $1.00, then the remainder of their quote was 'way, 'way overpriced. Mr. Jordan contacted me via email, and accused me of not comparing his quote fairly (apples-to-apples). I asked him to review my quote, and send me a line by line comparison that showed the cost for each part of the job, (ductwork, labor, furnace and A/C unit, etc.), showing where he was charging $1.00 for the A/C unit. I never received that response. I had another supplier complete the job, matching Integrity's 'freebies', and for $100.00 under their quote. Plus, I still have the ComEd/Nicor rebates coming (Integrity's quote took the rebates out of their quoted price). I ended up paying a normal 'discounted' price for the A/C unit, but my primary complaint with Integrity was with their marketing... if they were giving me an A/C unit for a buck, they should have been thousands of dollars less than competing bids. I still call BS on that. I'm sure that Integrity does good work, and are competitively priced. They just don't come through on their advertising.

The scheduling of the replacement was done promptly and professionally. The installation was done seamlessly being that it was a relative like for like replacement. The installers appeared to knowledgeable. The only thing missing and therefore this review is not complete is that Im still waiting for a follow-up quality walk through. Also, toward the end of the installation, the installers seemed rushed and did not go through the full operation of the new unit, the settings that the unit has and any other particulars of maintenance. The installers were rushing probably to have lunch and finish early (again a straight forward job). In all, some open items: 1) Minor scuffs on walls left behind 2) Minor condensor base crack 3) Settings for furnace were not discussed. Each furnace has multiple fan settings...the settings were not discussed nor the fact that the AS LEFT settings were left below 'normal' for the size of the home. Usually contractors will explain this if asked to (but again, installers were in hurry toward end) 4) The contractor did not discuss any airflow balancing options nor check to see if that would be required for the home., 5) No quality walk through scheduled yet (as promised) due to provider unavailability (the provider explained this and promised to reschedule) Besides these relatively minor items, the replacement was good, In the end you're buying the product (American Standard) and if installed right, should be good overall and work for a long time. Again, everything was professional from the pricing to the install. I think there are some items that could have been better on the tail end to bring this review to a full A rating. No experience yet with their service calls (hope not to need them). Hope this helps. UPDATE: I like to review installers AFTER the sale as the quality of the agreements and service comes to light after the deal. A couple of items that Integrity needs to work on: 1) Better communication (written) that the customer must register their equipment with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. In discussions, they make it appear they cover that step...but in reality that is not done. 2) Their "Free" maintenance service package for initial purchases isn't really "free". Integrity charges travel costs that end being comparable to any service call from a certified technician. The cost aside, better communication (written) that such charges are forthcoming would be helpful.

The installation went very well. Mark and Justin were extremely professional and kept us updated on the status the entire day. They were kind and very easy to work with! They walked us through how the furnace & air conditioner worked and wanted to make sure ALL of our questions were answered before they left. They were a true team! Mark was the expert in duct work/furnace installation and Justin is skilled in AC installation. We recommend this team! Great Job Integrity!

He charged me $79 then he said his boss said to charge $100 an hour and another $60 for the labor. He couldn't identify the problem and he wasn't at my house long enough.

The Techs arrived at 7:30a on Thursday 1/9/2014 before the scheduled time 8:00a.Jason the lead tech reviewed my order with me.Told me what changes needed to be made before the installation and approximately how long it would take.He said they would be done by 2:00p or 3:00p they were done by 2:00p. They were very nice,professional and knowledgeable.They cleaned up.Jason asked if I had any questions went over the warranty? So far so good with the installation. I would definitely recommend Integrity.

They were wonderful. We asked for an estimate and the gentleman came in took measurements, explained what would need to be done and the size unit we would need for our size house. He also took the time to explain how the new furnaces work differently then what we currently had. They arrived early in the morning to replace our systems. They were neat and courteous. They cleaned up when they were done so we didn't have to. My husband was not happy about the gap in the return and called, they sent someone within a couple of days to fix it. We need a new filter for the furnace because ours is ripped and were to get that the next day. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the new filter. Otherwise I was extremely happy with Integrity!

They were able to fit us in the same day we called and the tech arrived on time. He was very nice, introduced himself, and explained what steps he was taking. When he diagnosed the problem he let me know what it was and how long it was going to take to fix (about 5min). 5 minutes later problem was solved and we had cold air again. Been running great for the last month and a half, very impressed with their service and price.

From my very first phone call the office staff was friendly, helpful, and delighted to schedule my estimate according to my availability. Jason arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about the products he was proposing. The price was right for the equipment I was looking for, and I was very happy to learn that Integrity only sells and installs quality products like American Standard. On the date of my installation, the crew arrived on time and ready to work: I was impressed with their efficiency. They left the work area clean, neat and you would never know that they were even there. Also, the lead installer was very friendly and answered all my questions about the system they were installing. I would definitely use Integrity for any future work and I will be recommending Integrity to everyone I know.

The appointment went great. I choose Integrity because I can trust them. I've used Integrity Heating & Cooling for many years and will continue to do so.

My husband and I were impressed from the first contact and all the way through the install. A member of Integrity's staff came out to give us a quote on a new furnace and air conditioning system. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions, he provided examples and made recommendations. The quoted price was below expectations. We received quotes from other companies and started our research and pros/cons list. Integrity sent us thank you notes, emails and post cards to ask if we needed more information and asking us if there was a better way to improve the service the already provided. The notes felt personal and I like that in a company. After making our decision, we called and hired Integrity. The price stayed the same, the installation date was convenient for my family and the installation crew arrived on time and professional both days. The installation crew worked continuously and kept all of the work spaces neat. They cleaned up after themselves and were able to answer all questions we had. They were able to save us money for the installation of the air condition unit. Any company that strives to save the customer money is A OK in my book. Day 2 of the install finished ahead of the predicted schedule. They explained the system tests. They showed me the filter and gave me my instructions for replacing the filter. They explained the maintenance schedule for the furnace and the air conditioning unit. Management followed up and made sure that I was happy and left the door open to ask anymore questions or come to them with concerns. We have owned our home for over 15 years and this was the most pain free project we have ever experienced. I had a number of estimates, as I always do. I want to be an informed consumer and Jason, the salesman, took his time to make sure that I understood what the products were. The guys were ready to go, just one week after I received my estimate. They arrived right on time--7:30am! I didn't mind since I figured the early they got started, the earlier they would be done. I was really surprised that it took all day, but there was a little glitch with the water heater needing to be converted to electric, so it took a little longer. The guys worked their tails off, even taking turns when it came to lunch time. Everyone I encountered was really nice and patient. When the job was done, one of the guys was pointing out the fact that they had taped all of the duct joints and he said that it makes him sad "because he has to cover up all of his work". I really liked that he took pride in his work, which was evident not only by his words but by the work. My parents also had their AC and furnace done by Integrity. They recommended them highly and I would certainly do the same! Get all of the estimates you need to feel good about it; I'm sure that Integrity will do their best to give you fair pricing.

This work was for a rental unit occupied by my son and his family. This is the second furnance and AC I needed replaced this year. The first being my primary residence (Integrity won that work also). The a/c died during the last heat wave. Being that my grandchildren (ages 1 & 3) were affected, I scheduled an appoint with Integrity to receive a quote based on my tight schedule. I had also received quote from a competitor so I had a good idea where pricing should be. On the day of the appointment, I received an email about 20 minutes before the appointment that Jason (including his picture) from Intergity was on his way for the scheduled appointment to provide a quote. Jason walked me through various options and recommendations. Based on knowledge gained from previous research I knew what was required. Jason did not know this and I appreciated that he did not try to oversell. Additioanally, I asked for a specific price and on the spot Jason called his boss to get the OK. After we worked out the details, arrangements were made for next day installation. The installers were right on time, introduced themselves, walk me through what was going to happen and gave a good estimate of time to complete the job. They left the place as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived. I appreciate the professionalism, consideration of my time constraints and pricing flexiblilty Integrity Heating& cooling provided.

We had called several companies to get a quote for Air Conditioner. Integrity was one of them. we had received their flyer and had checked their ratings on AngiesList. Jason had come to provide and estimate. Very professional. No hard selling. Explained everything and gave a quote. Later that evening, we even got an email thanking us to consider them. Based on estimates we had gotten, we decided to go with Integrity to install our AC. We made the appointment. Our AC was installed on July 11, 2013. The guy to perform installation arrived right on time. Started doing his work. Some time later, I realized he had been going to our basement for his installation purposes, but never wore the booties. We have a fully finished and carpeted basement. When I requested him, he was courteous to spread a tarp so the dirt wouldn't come on to the carpet. Soon he said everything was done and it was time for payment. I went down to the basement to check everything. The carpet had some stains( minor), but i had hoped he would've cleaned up! Also realised that he had put the pipe that drains the AC water right over the drain. He had not attached it to the drain....had just laid it there. The first thought in my head was what if there was a lot of water.....that would mean water would back onto the carpeting. Asked him to fix it since our old AC pipe was snug tightly into drain and not left out loosely. He fixed it. Wish he had done it right in the first place. So the AC works well. So am happy with that! Now comes the sad part! A few days later we noticed that the AC unit was hanging out of its base. Integrity had installed the AC and its base. We called them right away and they asked if we could email them the pictures so they could look at it. This was on July 23. We sent them the email on July 24. After having no resonse from them for a few days, we emailed them again to follow up and this time we carbon copied Jason- the guy who gave us the estimate. No response!!!! We called and we were transferred to John's voice mail. John we believe is the service manager. We left John a message letting him know we had emailed pictures and were waiting a response. Nothing happened again. So we called again on July 31st. Spoke with Mona to explain the situation and she assured us that she would personally pass on the message to John, and we could expect a response by the next day! Again no response! So we called again on August 2nd. Spoke with Ashley this time and again we explained the situation. She too assured us that John would cal us back on Monday - August 5th! Today is August 6th. Now it's been 2 weeks and soo many attempts on my end to have someone from Integrity be professional and contact me. To get my business they had the time to send me a thank you email. Once they had the money, they have no courtesy or professionalism to contact me for my problem.
