Excellent, from the initial phone call to the completion of the installation, everything was very professional. The sales rep, Bill, was very knowledgeable and honest. He did not try to talk me into a furnace I did not need. Because I was without heat, they moved my installation up to first thing that Monday morning. The installation crew showed up on time and knew exactly what they were doing. The new furnace installation was completed without any problems.

I wasn’t pleased with them. I asked them to come and cleaned it out and I paid $49 or$59. When the guy came out he said OH no, this is bad and you need new one, I’ll take it out and shut it off. I have tenants in the house so I had to immediately buy a new one and I questioned if I really need to do that. So they installed furnace and the tenants were still complaining that they were still cold in the house. So I asked them to come back out and look at it and they said it’s because I need a new thermostat. So I said how much does that cost and he said $300. I said you got to be kidding, I put one in my house and I just went to Home Depot and I paid $50 for it at and put it in myself. He goes, well if you do it over there you might short circuit it out and run the warranty. I went from $59 to $2400. So I called the manufacturer and they sent somebody out to look at it and he said what was wrong was the thermostat was set for electric when it should be on natural gas. He said I didn’t need a new thermostat and that was it. I was not impressed with them and they were going to charge me $89 just to come out and they said it wasn't included in the service and they said no. I felt that was not right.

Installation of furnace was professional and completed in one day. Follow-up maintenance under Integrity's maintenance plan had been very good until this year. In September we received a call from Mona advising us that we needed to schedule our fall cleaning which we did for the week of 21 October. The day before the cleaning my wife was called and was advised that there had been a scheduling error on Integrity's part and that she should wait to be called back for an alternate date. My wife called back five weeks later to advise Integrity that we had not yet been scheduled for our fall cleaning. She was told that we were now outside of the fall cleaning schedule and would now have to wait for Integrity's spring cleaning schedule. I called back a week later to complain that the scheduling error had been on Integrity's part and was told the same thing. I called back on 12/05/16 to complain to Integrity's management and the Installation Manger, John Jordan, happened to answer the telephone (normally a secretary answers). He told me that he would need to research what had happened and would get back to me in a day or two. I attempted to call John back on 12/20/16 (he was on a service call and did not return my message), 12/21/16 (at 9:15AM he was on the phone and did not return my message), 12/21/16 (at 3:15PM he was not at his desk and did not return my message). I called the office at 10:00 12/22/16 and was advised by John's receptionist that he had my messages and she was sorry but she was not sure of his intentions regarding calling me back. Up to this year our experience with Integrity ("Our name says it all"), but at this point, in light of the lack of common professional courtesy would preclude us from recommending Integrity to our friends or neighbors.

After getting about 9-12 estimates from here and my own. I decided to go with Integrity Heating and Cooling. They were fantastic. Jason was extremely pleasant to deal with and professional. Not to say the others weren't but I felt he gave me the best potential price from the get go and didn't feed me some mumbo jumbo stuff and also very easy going and not pushy. He also backs the products and services along with a 12 year parts and labor warranty that's hard to beat and it's all in writing. I checked on their reviews and many others as well either from angieslist to yelp. Although, their reviews wasn't the best on yelp( could be from unfair customers demanding more than they got...or it could be legit. Don't know for sure, and a B from angieslist. I also check on referrals here and from, friends and family for their recommendations. I of course went to call most of them back for additional quesitons and concerns.I dumb down to pretend i ddin't know certain things to test them out if they were telling me the truth or fed me a line. If I got them lying or price was too high. They lost a sale. Some were truthful and some bend it. Integrity Hvac had maintain consistent quality answers and I would look it up on the internet to see if it was true, and it was. The estimates i got with others were very similar in pricing. All were reasonable but a bit high for my taste and even from family referrals were a bit better but not by much or that it didn't include a warranty in writing, nontheless it was decent. I felt good enough after with my second wave of calls and decided to renegotiate on the deal with Integrity and they were great to bend a little more to sweetened the deal. They made the installation the next day. Brian and James came by the next day and were fabulous! Brian is the lead HVAC guy and knows his stuff. He always answered any questions I have and wasn't offended if i was nitpicking on things as he understands that with a big purchase he would do the same as well. The quality of work was outstanding very clean, careful and detailed. I can attest to that cause i was watching majority of the time. I couldn't be happier! Altough, they did bring the wrong model intially, but it wasn't their fault. Somebody loaded the wrong one in their truck, but no problem. They sent the correct one right away. So overall I got a new furnace/ac and humidifier along with great quality work and service for the best price among his competitors. Highly recommended "Integrity Heating and Cooling." This review was given after a few weeks to see how the system was working after the installed. I will be giving another review for the summer on the AC to complete my review.

I was so impressed with this company. From the customer service agent, the manager all the way to the guys who actually installed the furnace. They answered every question that I had and explained everything to me in detail. The installers were prompt, curtious and did not leave a mess. They honored the deal that I got from Angie's List with no hidden agenda or small print additions. I will refer them in a heartbeat. I love my new unit!

Installation went perfect, service calls have been prompt & maintenance calls have been performed as scheduled. Their warranties and service agreements can't even beat. We are very pleased with the company and their employees.

This is the first year I have contracted with Integrity for a Spring and Fall AC and furnace cleaning and check-up. I recently had the second inspection done. I couldn't have been more pleased with the technicians that were sent out. Both were friendly, professional and thorough. During the Fall inspection, the tech spotted a small problem with my humidifier and suggested a solution. I am very happy with Integrity and plan on continuing the Maintenance contract.

Integrity installed our new furnace 2 winters ago and have been maintaining the equipment ever since. Every visit has gone as planned and their technicians have been prompt and thorough in their explanation of what work was done. We are very satisfied with the technicians that have come out along with Integrity as a whole and would recommend them to others.

I went thru the pain of having numerous companies come to my home for a quote on a new furnace. After careful review Integrity Heating & Cooling had the best price, service and backing of their product. A week later I had the unit installed. The installer was very polite, professional and did an excellent job on installation and all my questions. From beginning to the end this company has been first class.

Everything went great! John did a fast and efficient job. He even left the area cleaner than it was when he got there. We will definitely recommend Integrity to our friends and family.

Jason from Integrity came out and was extremely professional. He measured all the rooms in the house to make sure he quoted the proper size, as the old furnace was way over-sized. We actually felt bad not using Integrity because we were so impressed with Jason. However, at this particular time, we got a substantially better price elsewhere. We would definitely consider using them in the future.

Yes I was very pleased with the service the Integrity technician provided. He inspected the furnace and found the igniter, while working, had suspect condition that could result in it failing. I have experienced an igniter failure previously that resulted in my furnace being down more than a day. I definitely did not want a repeat of that situation. So he did replace it. He also changed my humidifier filter and secured some loose duct work on my furnace. This is the third time I have had service from Integrity and I have been very pleased with the service each time, that is why I am a returning customer. Also that is the reason why I previously signed up for the Integrity Premium service package. It is a very useful service for me because I will let my day to day routine get in the way of scheduling heating and cooling maintenance. With the Integrity Premium service it happens automatically and I like that. An additional benefit is this service gives you a 15% discount on all parts. So I will continue to be a customer of Integrity for whatever heating and cooling needs I have.

This company was excellent. The repair man came only a few hour after the call was placed and he started right away. This was at the beginning of winter and everything was fixed perfectly.

I want to thank this company for the excellent service I received. The furnace tune-up I had received from other companies in the past left me with little hope of getting good service; however, this technician (Tom) cleaned it with proper care. Also, found the problem in a faulty switch and replaced it. I am a new comer to this company, so, having a technician that one can trust gives a welcome sense of security in today's world. I will recommend Integrity Heating and Cooling to all my friends.

The service technician was a little late, but I received a call alerting me that he was running behind, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, he put on shoe covers to keep my floors clean. He was professional and personable. He left the work area clean.

The price was fair and the work was done very neatly. What I don't like about heating and air conditioning companies is that they will match coupon prices but not give me the good pricing until I show them the coupon. I wonder why they don't give me the best pricing upfront. It is not always about price. They were prompt, honest and clean. They cleaned up everything. Their price is about average. They were right about the same. They said they had coupons out but I couldn't find it. They said as long as I knew I saw it and I knew what it was they took it.

I had Integrity replace our old digital thermostat and install a WiFi thermostat. This was one of the best moves I made. It is really easy to use and let's me control my Air conditioning and furnace from my phone. Definitely worth the money for the since my schedule changes from day to day.

It went better than expected. the technician was very professional,as well as very friendly. there was a dead bird stuck in my outside unit, it took a few minutes to take out so the technician only charged me a diagnostic/travel fee. I would definitely use this company again.

Drained and hauled old hot water heater. Installed new one and cleaned up.
