The guys were ready to go, just one week after I received my estimate. They arrived right on time--7:30am! I didn't mind since I figured the early they got started, the earlier they would be done. I was really surprised that it took all day, but there was a little glitch with the water heater needing to be converted to electric, so it took a little longer. The guys worked their tails off, even taking turns when it came to lunch time.
Everyone I encountered was really nice and patient. When the job was done, one of the guys was pointing out the fact that they had taped all of the duct joints and he said that it makes him sad "because he has to cover up all of his work". I really liked that he took pride in his work, which was evident not only by his words but by the work.
My parents also had their AC and furnace done by Integrity. They recommended them highly and I would certainly do the same! Get all of the estimates you need to feel good about it; I'm sure that Integrity will do their best to give you fair pricing.

The a/c died during the last heat wave. Being that my grandchildren (ages 1 & 3) were affected, I scheduled an appoint with Integrity to receive a quote based on my tight schedule.
I had also received quote from a competitor so I had a good idea where pricing should be.
On the day of the appointment, I received an email about 20 minutes before the appointment that Jason (including his picture) from Intergity was on his way for the scheduled appointment to provide a quote.
Jason walked me through various options and recommendations. Based on knowledge gained from previous research I knew what was required. Jason did not know this and I appreciated that he did not try to oversell.
Additioanally, I asked for a specific price and on the spot Jason called his boss to get the OK.
After we worked out the details, arrangements were made for next day installation.
The installers were right on time, introduced themselves, walk me through what was going to happen and gave a good estimate of time to complete the job.
They left the place as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived.

Jason had come to provide and estimate. Very professional. No hard selling. Explained everything and gave a quote. Later that evening, we even got an email thanking us to consider them.
Based on estimates we had gotten, we decided to go with Integrity to install our AC. We made the appointment.
Our AC was installed on July 11, 2013.
The guy to perform installation arrived right on time. Started doing his work. Some time later, I realized he had been going to our basement for his installation purposes, but never wore the booties. We have a fully finished and carpeted basement. When I requested him, he was courteous to spread a tarp so the dirt wouldn't come on to the carpet. Soon he said everything was done and it was time for payment.
I went down to the basement to check everything. The carpet had some stains( minor), but i had hoped he would've cleaned up!
Also realised that he had put the pipe that drains the AC water right over the drain. He had not attached it to the drain....had just laid it there. The first thought in my head was what if there was a lot of water.....that would mean water would back onto the carpeting. Asked him to fix it since our old AC pipe was snug tightly into drain and not left out loosely. He fixed it. Wish he had done it right in the first place.
So the AC works well. So am happy with that! Now comes the sad part!
A few days later we noticed that the AC unit was hanging out of its base. Integrity had installed the AC and its base. We called them right away and they asked if we could email them the pictures so they could look at it. This was on July 23. We sent them the email on July 24. After having no resonse from them for a few days, we emailed them again to follow up and this time we carbon copied Jason- the guy who gave us the estimate. No response!!!! We called and we were transferred to John's voice mail. John we believe is the service manager. We left John a message letting him know we had emailed pictures and were waiting a response.
Nothing happened again. So we called again on July 31st. Spoke with Mona to explain the situation and she assured us that she would personally pass on the message to John, and we could expect a response by the next day! Again no response!
So we called again on August 2nd. Spoke with Ashley this time and again we explained the situation. She too assured us that John would cal us back on Monday - August 5th!
Today is August 6th. Now it's been 2 weeks and soo many attempts on my end to have someone from Integrity be professional and contact me. To get my business they had the time to send me a thank you email. Once they had the money, they have no courtesy or professionalism to contact me for my problem.
"First, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced because of our untimely response to you. We try our very hardest to reply to customers promptly, but due to some miscommunication on our end, and because our service manager (John) was on an extended vacation, this resulted in a delay in responding to your needs. For that, we are very sorry and hope for your understanding. In regards to your A/C unit not resting properly on its base - we have had a technician adjust your unit, and it is now properly installed on the equipment pad. If you have any further issues, do not hesitate to contact our office."

"Unfortunately, this member is not being truthful regarding his installation experience or the service we have provided. First, regarding the installation: when the customer first called us regarding the problems he was experiencing, we responded immediately to remedy the situation and we gave the customer great service. He also commented about our company not backing the products we sell. That is completely false. We are an American Standard dealer and we back our equipment 100%. When we have serviced his unit, there has been absolutely no charge to the customer, and his equipment is covered under warranty. We have made several attempts to schedule a service appointment with this customer, and each date/time was declined by him. If he is willing to make time in his schedule for a technician to stop by and look at his A/C unit, we would be more than happy to come over. This customer has been trying to receive free services and products from us since his installation. Sadly, he will say just about anything to get something for free - including this latest attempt on Angie's List. We will not agree to his desire resolution, as there is no reason to replace the A/C with a larger unit - the one that installed is the appropriate size based on the square footage of his home. Also, we will not refund him for the A/C cleaning we performed. Again, if he would be willing to make time in his schedule, we will have a technician to his home as soon as possible."
I realize the prices of AC units have gone up but I have called this company three times and they will not even acknowledge the fact that they told me not to worry about my Air Conditioner. I don't understand how in the winter, they can install an AC AND a Furnace for $1995, but six months later the price of one is nearly double. They refused to budge on price but with my final phone call, I was quoted $2750. $100 less for JUST the AC. I have financing through this company and have paid each of my monthly bills on time. I thought this company had Integrity but they do not. They simply took one look at me and took advantage of me. I am upset and appalled that this business makes a living in such a way. I advise all to question the technicians that come into their home and ensure what they say is true. These people knew exactly what they were doing and how to take my money. Luckily, I found someone who was able to fix my unit for only $200. Yes, $200 compared to $2850. Shame on you Integrity Heating and Cooling. Shame on you.
"First, we would like to address your comment regarding our technician being 2 hours late: please note that due to the extreme weather (it was a very hot day), our technician was very busy, but you were given a WINDOW in which our technician would arrive. We DID arrive within that time frame given to you. We were NOT late to the appointment. Also, because we try our hardest to service our customers, we did fit you in on the same day you called our office for service. We made adjustments to our schedule in order to accommodate you. We believe this speaks to our integrity. Second: when we installed your furnace, the A/C was found to be in good working order and did not need replacement. Again, since you question our integrity, I suggest that this is another example of our integrity - - we do not arbitrarily suggest homeowners replace units that do not need replacing. It is unfortunate that your A/C broke down so soon after your furnace installation. Third: regarding our price - our price for a new A/C with complete installation is EXTREMELY competitive. We stand by the price quoted and by our Integrity. It is a SHAME when customers write a false review, after receiving nothing but exceptional service."

The pilot light on the furnace was out and I couldn't get it to re-light, so the first place I went was Angie's List. The call was answered quickly (on a Saturday), she took my info and said she'd call it in. I got a call back in 10-15 min and we scheduled the appointment. The inspector was exactly on time, friendly, informative, and professional. When we decided on a new furnace, he called it in and the installer was there within 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and very tidy. He wrapped up within less than 4 hours. The entire staff was accommodating, pleasant, punctual, and thorough. I highly recommend Integrity Heating, and will call them first for all of my future HVAC needs.

Their people were extremely professional and low-pressure - just gave us all the options available. Their installation was quick and pain-free; even finished earlier than anticipated - meaning I could get to work sooner than expected. The entire project was extremely reasonable - actually quit lower than local competitors.
The new unit works perfectly!
