From the initial estimate to the installation Integrity made the entire process a good experience.

My mom wanted to replace her furnace and air but she needed my help. So together we we had several estimates done. It was time consuming but well worth it. She chose Integrity and I agree with her for several reasons . First they gave us an appointment not a window. When the salesman(Jason) gave a courtesy call and was on time. That was very nice. Then he asked us what we wanted to have done. We explained what we wanted and then he told us he needed to take measurements inside and out. When he was done with his notes we sat down. He asked us questions about the old furnace and wanted to know what would we like to be different from the old system to the new system ? We never knew there are so many choices. But he made it so simple to understand. He really knew his stuff ! We felt we had all the information we needed and the price was also very reasonable. We had Integrity install the new system this past Tuesday. Mark and his helper arrived on time 7:30am as promised. He explained what he had to do and went over some paperwork. Then got right to work they pulled out tarps and tool boxes etc. they worked hard all morning and afternoon about 3 pm he was done. We signed a couple forms and received our owners manuals. We are very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Integrity Heatingand Cooling.

After meeting with a sales representative whom I contacted, the company called me the day before installation to remind me. The installers arrived on-time (actually a little early) and were very conscientious about keeping house clean and not tracking any dirt inside. The whole job actually took a little less time than I was told. The company delivered everything promised from the rebuilding of my plenum to the rebates. The overall installation looks better than my furnace and air-conditioner installation when the house was new. I found Integrity Heating and Cooling to be very professional in every way from their sales rep to their installers to the employees on the phone.

The air conditioner performed well. Service was excellent. Purchased a premium maintenance plan which covers discounts on repairs, new equipment, filters, and you receive priority status which covers maintenance and cleanings. They call and schedule the seasonal cleanings. They offered a $150 referral plan. We did refer a customer and he purchased a funace and air conditioner. There was a slight problem at the time getting the $150 due to things being busy for them. Scheduled cleanings went well. This year our furnace quit and we needed a new one. The $150 was deducted, along with a discount for being a premium member from the cost. Service was excellent. John was very professional and kind. The workers seemed happy working with Integrity.

The service men were very polite and professional. They provided us with training on how to operate our humidifier. We are very pleased with the job and the unite and would recommend them to all our friends and relatives. We chose to put it on Angies List so other people would benifit from the same experience we had.

I was very pleased with my overall experience with this company, from making an appointment for an estimate to the actual installation of my new system. I have worked in customer service for over 20 yrs., so GREAT customer service is very important to me. The gentleman that came to my home for my estimate was punctual and very professional as well as very knowledgeable about the products this company offers. He never made me feel pressured to buy from this company. The installers were also very professional and made sure they answered any questions I had regarding how to use my new system. I feel the price was very fair. I would defiantly recommend this company to my friends and family.

The estimator arrived on time and presented himself in a very clean and professional manner. He then completed an in depth analysis of my needs. He took as much time as I wanted to explain my options as they related to the efficiency of different systems. Since the HVAC system was the oiginal, I assumed that my water heater may soon be in need of replacing but was assured after his inspection that there was no need for concern. The benefits of an instant water heating system was explained as well as the variance in costs to install but was not recommended at this time. The installation technicians arrived exactly as scheduled and were obviously briefed to the floor plan and my concern for keeping my home clean - as they came prepared with precautionary tarps to protect my flooring and carpet. The entire installation took less time than I anticipated and upon completion, the lead technician walked me through the steps for setting my programmable thermostat, where the filter was located and how to replace it for my part in basic maintenance. My home was left as clean as it was when they walked in (if not cleaner around the utility area). I also appreciated the service maintenance options being available. My overall experience was MUCH better than I expected based on encounters with other service providers I've had in my home and have recommended them to friends.

A part went out on our furnace and we were trying to find a reasonable heating & a/c company that could come out & fix it. A friend recommended Intregity and we had them out to look at it. They found the part we needed, and fixed the problem right away. They also offered to put in a new water heater for us as well.

My experience with integrity was excellent, I would definetly recommend them to my family and friends. A Salesman named Doug came out to my home for a free estimate and was extremely informative and also went over every detail of the work that was to be perfomed. He answered all my questions and made the process very easy to understand. I chose to go with financing and it took less than five minutes through their website. I scheduled my install with no hassle, the installers arrived on time, they used drop cloths and wore booties over their shoes, which was much appreciated. It took about eight hours to finish the job and when they were done they cleaned up all their mess. It was a excellent experience from start to finish!

I called Integrity at 4pm on a Tuesday and someone was at my door by 5:30! The receptionist was quick at taking my information and repeated everything for accuracy. She called me back a few minutes after my original call to tell me what time the service person would be there. The service tech was friendly and helpful. He informed us we needed a new furnace (which I knew was coming soon anyway) and said someone would be out the next day to install it. The man who came the next day was very patient, explaining everything to my father, who insisted on watching the whole process. He was also quick! We'd recommend this company to anyone!

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the winter. We were worried about who we would call since we had bad experiences in the past with heating and a/c companies who would try to over charge us and do work we did not need. A friend referred us to Integrity. We called and they came out the same day. The service person was very polite and went right to work. He let us know what was wrong and even came out to show us the part. There was no doubt, even to me who doesn't know a lot about furnaces, that the part needed to be replaced. He didn't try to talk us into doing extra work. He just replaced what was needed quickly. It was a very good experience and nice to have the heat back on the same day and for a reasonable cost.

Overall, this company was prompt due to the nature of the severity of our problem with our hot water heater, and went beyond the call of duty of finding improperly connected duct work. They fixed that to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning. They are very very thorough to make sure the job is done correctly and to overall make sure everything around it is okay.

On a hundred degree day this August our air conditioner stopped working. Of course we had no idea how to fix it, or even where the unit was located in our condo building. On a Sunday morning, Integrity Heating and Cooling came out, climbed on the roof of our building and found the problem. They promptly fixed the air conditioner and saved us from a very uncomfortable rest of our weekend. We will definitely use Integrity for all of our future heating and cooling needs. I have needed a furnace in my family room for 20 years and I didn't have this work done before because I didn't want to lose a closet. We were using the fireplace and electric heaters. Due to the high cost of electric heat, my husband and I decided that it would be cheaper to install a gas furnace. I called Integrity heating because they did a fantastic job on other projects, the owner came to my house and looked around and was able to put the furnace in my attic! I was so happy not to lose a closet and lower our utility bills. His crew was out the next morning, installed my furnace, left everything clean and was complete within 4 hours. I was amazed at the whole experience and am so happy to have heat in my family room!

Great experience in my book! We received an affordable quote and a quick in-stall date. The workers were very professional, punctual,informative and friendly. I felt very comfortable to have them in my home. My questions were appropriately answered and the system was well explained. Integrity proves they value their customers and I would recommend them to anyone!

After the serious nature of infractions encountered and insufficient Integrity Heating & Cooling, Inc, staff, it was decided and agreed upon that the work be completed at a later date. However, without any respect or regard for the seriousness of the events that transpired January 12, 2012 and without adhering to the Company terms and conditions, which resulted in jeopardizing the safety of others and the property, request for payment was submitted on January 12th prior to completing the contracted job. The men did not have filters on the truck for the new furnace but Mike promised he would bring them back Monday January 16th when he came to complete the job. Mike did not return on Monday. Instead the President/Installation Manager and a different employee came to complete the job. After the experience with the scrapers I asked a friend from a different Heating and Air Conditioning Company to look at the work that had been done to ensure everything was in proper order, only to find out that the coils to my air conditioning unit had fresh cuts in them. The men were not there to install an air conditioner only a furnace. When we asked the reason the coils had been cut one of the employees responded that he needed to check the freon levels. Of course the coils do not need to be cut to check the amount of freon. The total lack of professionalism and respect for a client and their property is appalling and unacceptable.

We had received a flyer in the mail about a discount on a furnace & a/c replacement. We called for an estimate but (naturally) did not "qualify" for the deal as we needed a bigger furnace and a/c that was being advertised. We expected this (as we are aware how most buisnesses drum up sales). We did not decide to replace them right away and in the meantime, we received another letter stating that if we used Integrity, we could either have $100 off our quote or a free UV air filter treatment. We decided to call Integrity because the price for both still seemed reasonable (based on 2 separate quotes we received on a house we just sold), plus the free UV treatment. The installers came out on time and completed the work in the amount of time we were told. When we got home from work, we noticed that our a/c was not level on the ground. Our furnace duct work was not completed nor put together properly. We have been trying to get someone from Integrity to call us back to come and complete the job (we paid a lot of money for this job!) There are also portions of the new furnace that seem to be "held" together with massive amounts of silicone sealant, instead of putting the pieces together for a proper fit, then sealing. We were also charged for the UV air filter treatment and we never received a copy of the final bill. I'm sure they'll be right on top of contacting us (and charging us) for the yearly maintenance, however.

The replacement of the AC Coil and A Frame was done before the heat wave in the Chicago area. We assumed it was installed correctly we were wrong. When we went to use the newly installed AC unit it failed to cool the house. After three (3) calls to the company It finally took the owner of the company to come out and fix the problem with the AC unit. They then just recently sent me a request for a another $189.00 for 2 check annually and cleaning service. I sent them an e-mail saying they should give me the 2 service calls for nothing considering the time and sleepless nights it took to get the AC unit running correctly.

I was very hesitant about writing any bad reviews about this company on Angie's List but remembering why I joined to begin with I feel people have the right to know my experience. After diligently searching for companies to perform a complete heating and air replacement, I interviewed and received quotes from many companies including Integrity Heating & Cooling. Doug came out and quoted me $6,035 for a complete system including a 95% efficiency variable speed furnace with a 4 ton 13 seer compressor. Also included was a humidifier and complete duct cleaning.By far, this price was the best and Doug even said it would be. He was right. On installation day (Memorial Day weekend) things started early at around 7:30 am. Mike was the installer and a younger kid seemed to be his helper. They were friendly and hard working. Mike told me right off the bat that the ducts could not be cleaned because my returns were made of flex and if they cleaned them with their tools they would get ruined. I knew what he meant but he said if the salesman Doug knew what he was talking about he should have known that the ducts could not have been cleaned. By 4:30 Mike was ready to wrap up however, they were not finished. They still had to go through the attic and put the pipe through the roof for the furnace however, hot weather permitted them from doing that. Mike stated that he would be back first thing Tuesday morning (Monday was Memorial day). He also wanted payment in full. I was reluctant. I gave a check for $5500.00 and my Discover card with authorization for only $400. Mike ensured that the card would not be charged. Our air was working and they left for the weekend. On Tuesday, I waited for Mike to return to finish the job. I received no call. Later that morning after several phone calls I spoke with the office girls. I was told there was a mix up and that Mike should have never told me that HE would be back to complete the install because he does not do the scheduling. He would be at my house however between 1 and 3. Once again that time came and went but I never saw Mike or heard from anyone. In addition, I checked with my bank and low and behold the check cleared AND so did a charge of $534! I was in shock. Not only was the job not finished, not only did Integrity put through a charge when they weren't supposed to but it was also MORE than I authorized on paper! By this time my husband and I were a bit outraged. We eventually got in touch with the owner John who seemed to want to rectify this situation. He scheduled a tech out to finish the job early another day and to clean the ducts ONLY and the vents of the returns, not the returns themselves. Happy with out discussion, I waited for the next tech to arrive to complete this job. Well not only did the tech arrive late, I left several messages with the answering service at Integrity Heating & Cooling. I never received 1 return phone call. The tech eventually arrived 1-1/2 hours late. And NO, he did not clean a duct or a vent cover. It seemed he had no idea about doing any of that as John the owner promised me. I even went so far as to call Doug our salesman twice. Once our system was installed, I never got a call back from him either. As of today, I'm still waiting for the office to call me back about registering my new equipment and about an extended warranty for our furnace. But we're not holding our breath. I've already contacted the manufacturer directly and have other contractors in mind so in the event our equipment does have a problem we know what to do and who not to call. I thought I did everything right by interviewing companies, price checking, checking the BBB, etc. But one thing I didn't get was customer reviews. Next time I will definitely know better! Update 9/17/12: This is a follow-up to the feedback I have already left. In addition to the delay in installation, the company claims that severe heat would delay their technicians from completing the installation in the attic, etc. Ok, I understand that. The horrendous office communication, the continuous re-scheduling to complete the job and the non-completion of my duct cleaning now that was annoying. But the reason I'm writing today is because a few months ago we experienced a heavy rain storm which caused water to leak from the roof where our new furnace equipment was installed. Frantically, we called Integrity Heating & Cooling. That Saturday afternoon we waited and waited for a call back. I finally called the office again (it was an answering service) and asked why on earth we hadn't received a call from a technician yet and was explained that the owner John was out of town. This meant that NO TECHNICIAN was to be scheduled out while the owner was gone. Meanwhile, the water just kept pouring in. Remembering we had John's personal cell number from the last disaster my husband called him. And called him. And called him. We left several messages for John Jordan the owner of Integrity Heating & Cooling without ever receiving a call back. In fact, my husband finally decided to text him. To no avail, we received a text that said a technician will be out the next day to look at the job. Nonetheless, nobody from Integrity Heating & Cooling has ever showed. I called the office 1st thing that Monday and spoke with Mona the office manager. I told her how disgusted I was about the situation. I explained to her that I cannot trust her company to service my equipment in the future. She told me that the answering service mixed up the numbers in our phone number which is why we never got a call back. I laughed and asked her to never contact me again. I have since had to hire another company to not only service my new equipment but to make sure that my new equipment was installed properly. I even reported this issue to American Standard. I would like to ask John Jordan when he reads this one question. Why on earth would the owner of a company give out his personal cell phone to his customers with no intent to answer his phone or contact them back?

These guys and the women at their office is phenomenal. I had an issue with my AC not blowing out cold air. The technician came out (John) and he immediately and correctly diagnosed and repaired my AC. John is a professional and is well aware of what it takes to make a customer satisfied. A second time I called this company they sent out a technician named Bryan. Immediately Bryan knew what the problem was and the work needed to be performed to fix the issue. I was literally burning up in my house, it was so hot. They immediately went to work and within hours I was cool and comfortable. The women answering the phones in their office are also truly professional and very courteous. If you don't use this company it will be your loss. I am planning on buying a new complete AC (Central Air) unit in the spring of 2012 and I couldn't imagine anyone else but these guys installing it. Great Job everyone, very pleased....

I received a flyer in the mail promoting their special. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The estimator also was friendly and professional and arrived on schedule. He answered all my questions and suggested the proper equipment for my home.Shortly after I received their proposal, and after I compared them with other companies, we decided on Integrity.They were prompt in getting our installation date and worked around our hectic schedule. The installation crew was also friendly and professional. They were very careful to keep my house clean while they were working. When they left my home was as clean as it was before they arrived. I was very happy about that. My furnace and air conditioner are great, my house is nice and cool. I highly recommend Integrity Heating and Cooling to my family and friends. You won't be disappointed.

I had never used them before. I kept getting flyers and sale papers, so I decided to use them, especially with a name like integrity. He did not do a very good job and he was only here about five minutes. I talked to the owner and told him that I didn't think Elmer did a good job. He said that Elmer was no longer with the company because his work was not up to their standards. He said he would personally come out and we set up an appointment. He never showed up. I didn't pursue it and my air conditioner seems to be working fine. The original technician was a couple of hours late. He said that he got lost.
