Very professional team. I was a bit concerned by several negative feedback reports and the company was not located locally. Everyone from the salesman (Jason) to the installation manager (John) and in particular the installers were very professional. The technicians arrived on time, worked very efficiently until the project (new furnace and A/C) was complete. The quality of the work was exceptional. I would recommend them.

Extremely informative and not pushy. Explained their philosophy, gave us choices and was extremely competitive with price. I felt very comfortable after he explained how their technicians were screened to ensure a safe and effective install.

The install went wrong and needed 3 techs to finally fix the bad install. This spring I had Integrity clean it (they srayed water in the unit) for $80.00 ( I changed the furnance filter). They turned it on and it did not work again the unit starts up and shuts down and again a few weeks later I turn the unit on and it starts up and then shuts down. To have this unit fixed again I have to wait 6 days for them to fix a unit that is not even a year old. I would like a new and larger AC unit to replace the one they installed less than a year ago and no cost to me.

As luck would have it, my AC unit went out this year. I immediately called Integrity Heating and Cooling and a technician came by two hours after scheduled (I was told 5:30 and he came at 7:30). He took one look at my unit and determined the compressor went out. His original quote to install a new unit was $3500. After I almost fainted I told him I had just installed a new furnace. He talked to his "boss" and the lowest they would go was $2850. I realize the prices of AC units have gone up but I have called this company three times and they will not even acknowledge the fact that they told me not to worry about my Air Conditioner. I don't understand how in the winter, they can install an AC AND a Furnace for $1995, but six months later the price of one is nearly double. They refused to budge on price but with my final phone call, I was quoted $2750. $100 less for JUST the AC. I have financing through this company and have paid each of my monthly bills on time. I thought this company had Integrity but they do not. They simply took one look at me and took advantage of me. I am upset and appalled that this business makes a living in such a way. I advise all to question the technicians that come into their home and ensure what they say is true. These people knew exactly what they were doing and how to take my money. Luckily, I found someone who was able to fix my unit for only $200. Yes, $200 compared to $2850. Shame on you Integrity Heating and Cooling. Shame on you.

The job was excellent. The guys that installed the furnace were on time, cleaned up everything, have very neat installation and they also spent time explaining everything.

The team from Integrity are wonderful to work with! Their price was competitive, but their service was top-notch. They helped me save a ton of money by recognizing that my furnace did not need to be replaced and came up with a very cost-effective solution to the issue I had with my furnace location. Their installers were friendly, knowledgable, and true professionals. The install went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the final product. I will use them again in the future and will have no problem continuing to refer friends to them.

The pilot light on the furnace was out and I couldn't get it to re-light, so the first place I went was Angie's List. The call was answered quickly (on a Saturday), she took my info and said she'd call it in. I got a call back in 10-15 min and we scheduled the appointment. The inspector was exactly on time, friendly, informative, and professional. When we decided on a new furnace, he called it in and the installer was there within 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and very tidy. He wrapped up within less than 4 hours. The entire staff was accommodating, pleasant, punctual, and thorough. I highly recommend Integrity Heating, and will call them first for all of my future HVAC needs.

The installers were on time, polite, answered all our questions and left everything clean and neat.

Integrity diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board and could fix it,but gave a very reasonable price for a new, better unit. They actually pointed out that our previous unit was too small for our house size. Their people were extremely professional and low-pressure - just gave us all the options available. Their installation was quick and pain-free; even finished earlier than anticipated - meaning I could get to work sooner than expected. The entire project was extremely reasonable - actually quit lower than local competitors. The new unit works perfectly!

Installers were a few minutes early but waited in truck and rang our bell at 7:30 am on the dot! They were courteous, friendly and professional. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience from sales to installation.

My furnace began to malfunction so I called Integrity and explained the problem. On the same day a tech was sent out who checked the furnace and discovered that the previous homeowners had made the furnace unsafe. After the problem was diagnosed John called me and helped me to choose the proper furnace size because it had also been discovered that my furnace size was too large for the size of my home so this also saved me money. Later on the same day, an installer came to the house and put in the new, more energy efficient furnace in a little over an hour.

When our furnace went out, i was really set on finding a company with a good price and really fast service especially since we have small children. I called the office in the late afternoon and they were out first thing in the morning! When mark and his helper came they were really great with explaining everything to us and going over what he was going to do. The one thing that I really appreciated is that they took the time before hand to lay out tarps and really treated the house with curtesy when taking out the old equipment and bringing in the new! All through the day they worked non stop and the end results were amazing! I don't think I ever seen my husband so satisfied and happy! It really looks and works amazing! I will defiantly recommend them to all my friends and family:)

We had Doug come out and give us an estimate for a 95% furnace and a 13 SEER air conditioner. He was very thorough in explaining our different options. Because the estimate was lower than others we had received, and because we were both very comfortable with Doug, we decided to have Integrity do the job for us. Not only were the installers on time, they were actually 5 minutes early, which was nice! Mark and Mike answered all of our questions and concerns in a way we could understand. Both installers were friendly and finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and when they were done went over everything with us and showed us the work they had done. The installation looked great. I have already recommended Integrity Heating and Cooling to several friends and relatives who are in the market for a new furnace. It has been over a month since the installation of our American Standard furnace, and our utility bills were noticeably less.

My wife and I just bought a home rather recently and it was a short sale so everything came "as is." When winter rolled around, we noticed some problems with our heater acting up, and then just a few days ago we started smelling natural gas and realized we had a gas leak. Well, we had guests over at the time and we were all very concerned (as one should be) about this. I checked out and called a couple of companies, and decided to go with Integrity Heating & Cooling Inc. They were able to get someone out to us right away and very reasonably priced. The technician showed up as scheduled, gave us a courtesy call to confirm that he was going to arrive soon and was extremely professional. The technician gave me an explanation of what was wrong & was able to help us out right away. Everything from the scheduling, the technician, the service, and follow up was great and very professional. It was easy to call and get someone to help right away and to give us peace of mind, these guys are definitely who you want to call.

This company gave the first & lowest quote. I received 5 other quotes, no one could beat the price for the same quality equiptment; 1 other contractor said he would match the price, but the other 4 weren't even close. On the owners,(Integrity Heating & Cooling), recommendations, I purchased a 95% efficient furnace a 13 SER A/C unit. My gas & electric bills have never been lower, and we are much more comfortable; Keep the heat temp a little higher in the winter, and the A/C temp a little lower in the summer! The installers were on time and professional; Installation for both units were completed the same day. Other than my 1st annual furnace cleaning this past December, I have not called for service.

Noticed my furnace's exhaust fan was coming on, but not the burner. Called another local HVAC company, but they could not get there that night and maybe not until Wednesday. Weather was warmer, but we were hosting Thanksgiving that week, so I could not go without heat. Called Integrity and they said they could get someone over that night. Had a tech come in and determined that the ignition module was bad. He didn't think he had one on his truck, but he talked to his boss and had one. Installed it, but the furnace still was doing the same thing. Brought in a second new unit and installed it. Still no good. Could not figure out what was wrong, so since the weather was not really cold, I agreed to have a tech stop over first thing in the morning to start checking again. A second technician came the next morning and found that the tech from the night before had wired the ignition module up wrong. Moved one wire and we've been good to go. Simple mistake since it was not an exact replacement. Thankfully it was warm that week or it would have been a long cold night. Checked online and found that I would have been able to get the part for a couple hundred less than I was charged for it, but they got me back up and running quicker than I could have.

Jason came out on the 10th of November and estimated a new Furnace and A/C unit, as the one in the house was 30 years old. His estimate was for 2 different systems, one with Variable speeds, one without. I have several questions for Jason, because I myself was not there when he did the estimate, I must have emailed him 10 times and without fail he responded to them all. When we finally decided to go with them, I contacted him on 11/19/2012 and we set it for 11/24/2012 7:30 AM. On 11/23/2012 we received a letter for a discount of $100.00 or a air treatment system, I again contacted Jason and asked if we could get the discount and he said yes. The 2 guys for the replacement of our Furnace and A/c showed up at 7:00 AM Saturday and started working, to our surprise they had all the Old stuff out within an hour and a half. It took them several hours to get everything set up and check to make sure its all running. They also did an air duct cleaning with the service. They left the basement as they found it, they cleaned up and hauled all the old stuff away. We are very happy with the service, price and everything.

everything was done to perfection, from estimates, partial financing, proffesional staff, etc. always on time, friendly and kept things as clean as could be. would recommend to anyone, any time.

They quoted $5500 for the job. They were pretty straightforward. There was only one glitch and it was personally my fault. When the estimator came out because I initially received a flier in my mailbox, it was probably a basic package, but that was along I was looking for. When he came out and I told that was not what I was looking for. I told that I was looking for a higher efficiency furnace and air conditioner. He then gave me an estimate on what Integrity would do. When I got all that done, I said I have a coupon from Angie's List and he said he would take that back with him. In 2-3 weeks, I got an estimate and when I finally did accept the offer, I had forgotten about the coupon and by then it was too late to raise the issue because the work had already started. They are currently doing the work.

Their price was fair but what I didn't like about them was the product he was going to use and the work he said he would do. But, my overall experience with them was good.
