Our Disaster Claim Specialists will painstakingly inspect your property after any hail and/or wind damage may have been caused to appraise whether there may be damage or not. In addition to this, the Insurance Industry is NOT OBLIGATED to notify you of the Storms. This is due to the fact that a large influx of claims for exterior damage will severely hinder the profits of the Insurance Carriers. YOU HAVE RIGHTS & THEY NEED TO BE PROTECTED. Hail Solutions has the most highly trained Claim Representatives to help assure that your insurance company gives your property a fair damage assessment. In addition, we will also handle the financial negotiations with your Insurance Carrier to settle the claim as promptly and fairly as possible. HAIL SOLUTIONS – OUR SPECIFIC APPROACH TO YOUR REPAIRS 1. Hail Solutions will complete a full property inspection to document any damage you may have occurred 2. Then you will file a claim with your Insurance Company with the date of loss. (This will be determined by your recollection of the storm, or our extensive storm data records for your area). 3. Contact Hail Solutions when your Adjuster calls to schedule the Property Inspection. **It is critical for a Hail Solutions Representative to be present when your Adjuster is doing the inspection. This is the time that both Damages and the Settlement Agreement will be made for repairs or replacement. When your Adjuster calls, feel free to give the Adjuster our phone number (708)404-2658, and ask them to call and schedule the Property Inspection directly with your Claim Representative.** 4. After the Replacement and/or Repairs have been approved by your Insurance Carrier, your Claim Representative will go over both several product and color options for your Home’s New Roof, Siding, Windows, and/or Gutters. 5. Our Professional Crews will then be scheduled to begin your project. We will begin the work, as soon as you receive the first check from your Insurance Company. This is known as a “Materials Check”. Should your Insurance Company pay your Claim in full with one check, Hail Solutions requires a 50% Down Payment for the materials that are needed in order to start your project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of work and Final Inspection. After the repair or replacements have been completed, Hail Solutions will continue to work with you and your Insurance Company to ensure that all payments are made to satisfy the completion of your project, in a timely manner. I have been extremely impressed with the oversight, quality of work and management of the renovation by the Hail Solutions team, especially my property assessment specialist Brian Johnsted. From the thorough inspection on day #1, I knew I was in good hands and had the right team managing the process that was very unfamiliar to me. I have never had any damage to my home and I had never had to deal with my insurance company before this happened so it was nice to have someone to work with to ensure it was handled the right way. They found things that were missing from the original adjuster report, supplemented his report, resubmitted to my insurance company and worked with my insurance company to make sure I would be reimbursed for the repair work that needed to be done. The team worked quickly to get the job done, my property was cleaned up daily throughout the process and I'm extremely happy with the end result. And, the best part, the company contracted such fantastic rates to have the work done that I did not have to pay the deductible on my policy.
Description of Work: On June 30, 2011...my home was severely damaged from a hail storm that went through the Chicagoland area. I worked with Hail Solutions as a third party liaison to inspect the property, contract the work with the roofers, siding experts, painters, etc. and negotiate with my insurance company to ensure the adjuster covered everything in the claim and payment was accurate to cover the work. I had the following work done to my home: - new roof (including vents and ridge caps) on my home and free-standing garage - new siding - new gutters - exterior door painting and installation - A/C recoil
