+ -1 moreWe contacted the company to get an estimate for a repair. The representative told us we would be placed on a "waiting list" which was about 2 weeks long. After another week went by we called back. This time, he told us he had no record that we ever called, and said they'd be out within 2 weeks. No one has showed up, and that was over a month ago. Very unreliable company.
