I purchased a warranty for the home that we had recently purchased. As a part of that warranty service I called a certain repair company (one I won't name here) to come out to our home to fix the blower motor in one of our furnaces. The blower motor was making so much noise that you could barely hear yourself talk on our first floor. This repair company came to my home on 3 different occasions and still couldn't even tell me what the problem was with the furnace,...'they get loud from time to time' is what I was told. Finally I asked for a second opinion (different company) on my furnace. Engineered Climate Solutions was sent out. The service tech got there on time, went down into the basement and within 5 minutes was able to tell me what was wrong with my furnace. He had the parts with him and fixed the furnace that day. We haven't had any problems since and I am extremely satisfied with his workmanship and was extremely happy that the unit was fixed prior to Thanksgiving. Because this was part of a warranty fix, I paid $100 for the fee for the warranty call.
