Worst for service i seen. 1st guy walked off the job with a bad attitude he brought to my home after i asked a couple service questions and no explanation for leaving. Management said he had problems at home when i called. 2nd guy seemed okay, was supposed to do a 20 point service, changed the oil and plugs and was gone. NEVER use this service if possible. Be sure to watch them on the job if you do use them. Talked to the owner 2X's. I'll call you back, he said both times. NO CALL! Oh, by the way $224.41 bill for WHAT! doing a lawnmower service's amount of work, all the circuitry was not checked, no cleaning of any parts of the outside unit, since they don't do any per their management the tech told me. Be careful with them, they carry side arms. No joke.

Description of Work: Had my generator serviced for over $300 and they left spark plugs wire off so generator wouldn't start. Tried to buy our kids generators and was lied to, and strung out for months by Ben and Scott. Worst company I've dealt with in a long time

+ -1 moreScott Gervais was the most professional of the 3 companies bidding on our project. He presented options that helped in our decision making process. We found the pricing to be fair and competitive. Scott and his crew showed up on time and completed the installation in the time frame as promised. I felt that the installation team respected our property during the installation processes. They also took the time to review the operation of the generator and answer my questions after completing the job. We had a very minor concern after the installation and a crew member came back the next day to address the matter to our complete satisfaction. We would be comfortable recommending this company to anyone looking for a back up generator.

Description of Work: Our first call to them was 9/26/14.They took our info and said they where very busy and would get back to us in about 2 1/2 weeks. Almost a month later we called and they said they would have the person that took our info to call us back right away.They called to say they could not reach the person and would call later. That never happened. We called again two more times and told them even if we were not home to leave a message . Nothing!!

Description of Work: Emergency Power Solutions installed a gas powered standby home generator. It was installed in November 2010. Dustin and his team arrived on time and explained the installation process. I call EMP every year for an annual checkup.

+ -1 moreThe reason we choose the company is because for 30 years they have been servicing our lawn mowers. I have had a lawn mower serviced there and I have bought 3 lawn mowers and a couple of snow blowers from them and I have always been satisfied. That is under a different name than the generator, but it is the same people and I found out that they were in the generator business also. So we decided to use them and everything is great.
Description of Work: The guy that installed our generator also happens to do lawn mowers and stuff like that. We got the generator in August of 2010 and now they service it once a year for us. They come out whenever you need them, but if you don't need them they automatically come out every year.
