Went better than expected.
Description of Work: Emerald bloom removed overgrown landscape plant installed steel edging, trimmed shrubs, tree and hedges. Then installed ornamental rock around entire perimeter of house. Also modified drainage from rain spouts.

Description of Work: Removed old front yard grass and re-graded area. Installed new sod and a dry river bed in a gulley for rain water. Overall the job went well, but Frank seemed to always be in a hurry and didn't listen very well at times. I explained how I wanted the gulley to be graded and he basically ignored me prior to, during and after the job. He came back out to fix the resultant grading issue after I had to stop payment on the check I gave him. He ignored me prior to holding the check. Other than that, the job looks good.

Description of Work: Repaired some paver work that had settled over the past few years. Repair included about 20 feet of retaining/seating wall that was uneven and separating. They took each block apart, ground the glue off and put it all back together. The also sloped the paver walkway away from the wall to prevent future settling due to water. They replaced some landscape plants that didn't make it through the past winter. | |Frank was very professional, had great ideas and showed up when he said he would. I am very pleased with the work, and I don't say that very often!

Customer was never sure on exactly what he wanted the estimate for as there was so much work that needed to be completed. Customer was given several verbal estimates on different projects throughout the front and back yard. Customer was not interested in taking on all of the projects but never clarified to me what they wanted specific pricing on. Emerald Bloom will be happy to provide a written estimate in spring for whatever specific projects are decided upon.
