Brandon answered the call right away which was great but then I was told by Brandon that my job was "Too small" for his company, they have enough work booked through August. I can appreciate the honesty but not the best approach telling a potential customer that their job is too small and they have enough other business...

Brandon, the owner inspected our deck and came up with great ideas to expand the new one and add some nice features to it, like moving the entry to a corner, adding some lighting and borders in darker colored materials. The crew worked fast and efficiently and we had a new deck in just 3 days. We are happy with our decision to go with composite materials instead of natural wood (Azek decking) and have received many compliments! We look forward to many years of enjoying our deck and expanded outdoor living space.

+ -1 moreI have a history and not getting what I pay for, so when it came time to replace my deck, I had no other expectations. However, Design-A-Deck changed all that. From the beginning the owner, Brandon, was thorough and understood my needs. What really sold me was the detail in describing the improvements he would make to the sub-structure and stairs. Others simply measured and sent a price. Design-A-Deck came sooner than expected with a team of 5, including Brandon, and from demo to final product, it only took a day and a half. The crew was friendly and described what they were doing and allowed me to watch and ask questions. They protected my landscaping, replaced displaced mulch and cleaned the deck before they left. The outcome was spectacular and the workmanship the best. Also, a 3 year guarantee was provided, others were 1 year. Couldn’t be happier and definitely got what I paid for!

They completed the work at my home in less than a week. I watched from tear down to rebuilding and was very impressed with the quality of work. + -1 moreIt went so well, that my wife and I have hired Brandon to completely remodel our second kitchen in our home. His work is so competent and he is so trustworthy and his prices are so reasonable, my wife and I did not seek an estimate from any other contractor. In fact, we haven't even asked with the total cost would be. Cannot go wrong.
Description of Work: Brandon built a beautiful deck in our backyard after removing the old deck. He prepared several designs and provided numerous materials for my wife and I choose from. He assisted us in making our selection and we never regretted the same. The men he employs are excellent craftsman. They started the job on the day they promised and they worked every day thereafter, 9 to 10 hours a day, until the job was completed without interruption. The city where we reside required several permits and several inspections thereafter and two city inspectors advised me that the construction was excellent and it even exceeded city ordinance requirements. The deck was built such precision Brandon was not required to return to fix any problems because there were absolutely no problems whatsoever.
