The employee that came out for the quote and measurement was extremely nice. They called back the same day with a rough estimate for the cost of the carpet. My boyfriend and I went to the store the following week to pick out the exact carpet we wanted. The salesman was very well informed and helped us pick out the best carpet for our needs. They were able to get the carpet installed in one week. The carpet looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

Creative Carpet & Flooring recently installed new flooring in 70% of my home. Being a home owner for 30 years, I have to tell you this was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had in working with such a company. From the time we walked into the store until well after the installation, we were made to feel that meeting our expectations in terms of service and satisfaction was all that matter. We met Mark when we visited the store to get an estimate for re-doing the floors in our home. Mark spent the amount of time needed to review the different options we had and took time necessary to ensure that we understood what each of these options would mean in terms of appearance and durability. He educated us about the different vendors and their products. At no point during our conversation did we ever feel pressured to make a decision. It felt as though Mark wanted to make sure we were properly educated about our options, which enabled us to make a decision that was right for us. We walked into the store, just wanting to get an idea of what the various options would cost and we walked out completely educated on the various products and vendors. Because of Marks approach and how he treated us as potential customers, we decided to move forward with our purchase. We had explained to Mark, that we had an important family event coming up and that it would be nice to have the floors done for the event, but explained that if he was not confident that it could be done in time, that we were okay with waiting. Mark researched the product inventory with the vendor, spoke to his installation crew and informed us he was confident he could get it done in the timeframe we had laid out. He laid out the schedule of what would be taking place when and assured us it would be done over the course of 4 days due to the amount of work. The installers (Edgar and his brother (can?t remember his name) showed up on the day and time that Mark had given us and went to work. Over the course of the next 3 days, they installed flooring in 5 rooms and carpeting in 2, beating their estimated 4 days. Throughout the installation, Edgar and his brother were professional, polite and went out of their way to make sure the installation was as clean as possible. Their attention to detail was incredible and the floors look incredible. I wish all purchasing experiences were this positive. Creative Carpets, Mark and his team will be getting all our future business and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to install new flooring in their home.

Steve was extremely helpful in providing us guidance on best flooring options and carpeting to choose from to fit our needs. Very responsive and timely service. professional atmosphere and consistent follow up via phone/emails. They know their business well and provided a fair price for the work performed. They promised a quality install and quality team of installers and was delivered. I asked for quick turn around for order/install and they met my expectations. The install team was courteous and professional and really felt they went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. It's a testament to a company's quality as well, when their install team expresses their own satisfaction about working for an employer that's fair and takes care of their employees. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

This is a great company to work with, the staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They took the time explain to us the different types of carpet and never pressured you to buy. The scheduling for installation was fast and the install crew was great, they showed up on time and they were very fast and professional. It was an excellent, experience. Creative Carpet kept in touch with us by phone, mail & email before the installation, we knew exactly what was happening.

I went to Lowe's first as we've used them before and I assumed they'd have the best prices. Luckily, I checked these guys out, too. To my surprise, they offered better pricing and their product knowledge was extensive. We worked with Steve and he was awesome. Answered all of our questions thoroughly (Lowes did not) and recommended the perfect carpet based on our needs. He was very accommodating and followed up as promised. The work was done on time with no issues. Carpet looks fantastic! Very pleased with service and result. Will definitely use again, already recommended them to a friend.

I was so impressed with the salesperson Brian I purchased without acting a 2nd estimate (which I never do) installers Edgar & Yon were exceptional (hard working & very neat) My vacuums a Dyson & a Hoover would not work on my new very soft & plush carpeting so creative carpet gave me a new sonic lean vacuums that works beautifully on my new carpet for free. Creative carpets excels at customer service. Happy in Tinley park.

Chris was very helpful at the showroom. I was happy to have a Saturday installation. These guys did a good job and cleaned up fairly well when done. The carpet looks very nice.

I was a bit apprehensive about using a carpet company from so far away (due to previous bad experiences with contractors who have to travel). My sales rep, Dianne, was excellent and very responsive. She initially gave me the wrong price but owned up to her mistake immediately. The carpet installers arrived about 5 minutes after the window given, but were very professional and quick. When I called to double check the time that the carpet cleaner was arriving, Mike was also very responsive. The carpet cleaner actually arrived over 30 minutes early and was also very professional and fast. We were highly pleased with the service.

They did a good job. The floor was great. The job involved a lot of demolition, that is probably why it was so expensive. There were actually four layers of floors that were ripped out. They had to bring in other people to level out the floor so they had to lay down fresh cement to level out the floor. The price was more than what we were hoping for. We also knew it was pretty bad. It was still worth it. They were very responsive. They were on time.

They were in and out in two days. Moved all the furniture as a promotion. The workmanship was excellent. One room I didn't like the carpet due to my dogs wear and tear, they replaced it completely by allowing me to upgrade and pay the difference, removal and installation of the upgrade was free. They worked hard and called me every day with a status update until the job was completed.

Excellent, Creative Carpet more than exceeded all expectations.

The installation was great and when I notice a couple areas that required touch up the technician came out to adjust those areas the following week for no extra cost. My only thought is that the price was a bit high -- but it was still cheaper than new carpet.

From the moment we walked into the showroom we were impressed with the selection of carpeting and flooring on display. After talking with Mark,he seemed to instinctively know what we needed and advised us what would be best for our house. There were two crews, one removed and installed the linoleum and the other the carpeting. They were both very professional and courteous. We love both the linoleum flooring and the carpeting. We ordered the best padding available and are glad we did. Walkin on the carpeted areas is like walking on a cloud. I would recommend Creative Garpeting and Flooring to anyone. They are great to deal with.

Phone call to schedule estimate was pleasant and the estimator came to my house on time. I was very happy with the estimation/measuring process. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I would have to go to their store in Mokena to review carpet samples. That was too far my wife and I to travel to see carpet samples.My wife and I decided to look at carpet samples at a local wholesaler in Chicago. Once we found what we were looking for, I emailed the information back to them asking if they could provide a quote for either of the two samples that we decided on. I never heard back. It could have been because we hadn't been in communication since after the initial quote came back, but I was still surprised. The other downside to the whole experience is that I started getting bombarded with mailings from the provider. For my taste, they were a bit gimmicky, and was OK for the first one, however, I ended up receiving at least four or five mailings from them and that was a little much.

Very attentive service at the store. Julie provided many options and provided lots of ?information on carpet and pads. Measurement and installation was prompt and trouble free. Pre-installation visits, phone calls and post installation follow-up were appreciated.
