Description of Work: This is only a preliminary review as I have not had work performed yet. I would like to start by saying that the owner and his team are extremely pleasant. Qualitly products, vast selection. Brian is quite a jewel expert. He really made me feel at ease and like I had known him a lifetime. I love his creative design ingenuity. Great ideas. If the workmanship is anything like this initial impression, I know I will be quite happy. I will submit follow up after the work is done. So far I see nothing but quality, professionalism,excellence and personable service. My meeting was only to provide evaluation and estimate for work to potentially be done.

+ -1 moreThe company has sub-standard customer services and, worse, does a very poor job installing tile flooring. The tile in the flooring is completely loose and coming up. Examination of loose tiles that were pulled BY HAND revealed zero mortar coverage, i.e.: tiles were never adhered to the floor. The worst of it is that they refuse to comes out and inspect the problem as well as to remedy it even when payment for repair work is being offered. If you have a choice of tiling contractors, run away from this one.
