Description of Work: They came out and fixed our clothes dryer. They identified the problem, which a worn gas coil. They had the part and was able to replace it the same day. We've also used them to fix the door of our dishwaher and our gas oven. Always courteous and professional.

Description of Work: They replaced a part on a 35 yr old furnace; the first repairman was not sure exactly what was wrong but said his boss knew these old furnaces well. The next day they were waiting for me when I got home from work, checked it all out n fixed it.

Description of Work: We were called in the morning between 8 and 8:30 to be provided with a window of when they would arrive as we were told when scheduling. We were told that the technician would be at our place between 11 and 1, they arrived just before 12. It turns out that we did not have anything mechanically wrong with our refrigerator but we were provided with suggestions to take care of the odor. While the service technician was there he noticed something else that was potentially problematic and was able to advise on that as well.

When I finally did make contact, I was told they couldn't come out for over a week. | |I explained that it was my clothes dryer is out & I needed help immediately. Description of Work: They put in in new air conditioner and furnace. We got 3 estimates, one was terribly high and Mike's and another were fairly close in cost. We went with Mike's Bremem for 2 reasons. My husband had a coworker that used them to replace HVAC system and the other reason was they sent in the rebates. They took that rebate amount off their estimate. Better them then me hassling with the utility companies. My husband was home for the install and said they were on time, professional, and answered any questions he had.

Description of Work: Had a problem getting the part needed to repair my dryer. When Mike's called the parts house Mike's repairman was given the wrong part number and was told it was on back order until Aug 20th. I called the manufacture and found out the part I needed was available and another part was on backorder. I call Mike's back and told they what I had found out. They then got the correct part and repaired my dryer.

Description of Work: We have used Mike's Bremen Service for years. He was recommended to us by our insurance agent when our old furnace caught on fire. We have used him to maintain and clean our furnace and air conditioner for the last eight years. He even has come to the house and fixed our furnace on Christmas Eve. You couldn't ask for a more reliable, reasonably priced, friendly company.
