Description of Work: We have used Mike's Bremen twice now. They were here quicker than any HVAC service we have hired before! This service was to certify our HVAC system for a home buyer. They came out quickly cleaned and inspected our unit. Our service man was very thorough and professional just as we had experienced for a furnace repair last year.

Description of Work: Fridge was really loud. Was told over the phone it may be something not worth fixing and would still pay minimum fee. I was fine with that. Would rather know it was fixable or not instead of having it break on us. He listened, inspected it and said it would cost more to fix then buying a new fridge. It was almost 15 years old so figured it was time anyways. Very kind and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Minor fridge repair with water and ice dispensor. Prior homeowner had messed with wiring causing both to stop working. Original repair estimate with different local company was way higher and charged $50 service fee but never even showed up to look at fridge. Found Bremen on Angie's list and tech was awesome. Honest quote and repair estimate for much less. Timely and courteous. Fixed fridge and saved us from having to buy a new one. Great service. Better pricing than local competitor.

Description of Work: Called the company to fix my dishwasher. They came out pretty quickly, had to order a part. The part was the wrong color, so I had to wait another day. Thankfully, I didn't have to take time off of work for any of these appointments, but if I had, I would have missed 3 days. Other than that, no real issues.

Description of Work: Overall, we had a really great experience. The serviceman was able to diagnosed the issue with our side-by-side refrigerator / freezer within a matter of minutes, had the part on hand, and had the problem fixed in a very short amount of time. He was professional and courteous. He arrived a little beyond the 2-hour window he gave us, but nothing significant. We were really pleased with our experience.
