We called the company to tell them that the fan in our refrigerator was not working. Mike suggested that we try to keep the compressor cool by using a fan until he was able to fix the problem. He was able to order the motor for us and install it the next day.

He was very responsive and punctual. He did a very thorough job and his pricing seemed fair. The quality of his work was very good.

Professional. Efficient and effective, but over-priced. He arrived promptly the next day as promised.

Great! I called at 9:00 AM and told them I was not available until 12 Noon. The serviceman called before he arrived which was nice. He walked in, saw the make and model of the dishwasher and instantly had a theory that it was the pump. After turning on the diagnostics of the washer, he looked under the dishwasher and noticed that the pump was flat against the floor. He simply raised the dishwasher up a few inches and the noise went away because the pump was too close to the ground. As I was the one who installed the dishwasher, I felt a little dumb about it, but was glad to pay the service charge to have piece of mind knowing that I do not have to replace the dishwasher.

Left message on Friday night at around 9:00 PM. Received call from Mike the following morning at around 7:30 AM. He had a couple of other repair calls, but said he could come over in the early afternoon. Shortly after noon, he arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a precise cost of repair. He also accepted a $10 coupon that was in the Tinley Park yellow pages. In less than 20 minutes, the repair was completed. He borrowed a towel to clean up leaking water and replaced the refrigerator to where it was upon completion. It's never fun to have something repaired, but Mike did it quickly, efficiently and at what I consider a reasonable cost. BTW, I also left messages at two other repair services. As of the time Mike completed the work, I still hadn't heard back from either of them.

They were very prompt and courteous and always explained my options in having the repairs done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

MY REFRIGERATOR SUDDENLY WOULD NOT COOL AND THE FREEZER STARTED TO UNTHAW. MIKE CALLED ON TIME AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT FOR 11/9/05 BETWEEN NOON AND 2:00 PM. AT 3:00 HE CALLED AND SAID THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO COME UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. ALL OF THE FOOD IN MY FREEZER UNTHAWED AND MOST OF THE FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER HAD TO BE THROWN OUT. I LOST ALMOST EVERYTHING. I ENDED UP GOING BACK TO THE YELLOW PAGES AND HAD TO HIRE A SOMEONE ELSE TO REPLACE A CONDENSER AS WELL AS MY ICEMAKER AT GREAT EXPENSE. MIKE CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND I CANCELLED HIM. HE SAID THAT HE THOUGHT MY ICEMAKER WAS THE PROBLEM. HE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. I'M EXTREMELY HURT AND DISAPPOINTED. I REALLY RELIED ON ANGIE'S LIST FOR QUALITY PEOPLE.

HE SPENT TIME WITH US DISCUSSING ALL THE OPTIONS. WHEN WE DECIDED ON AN AIR CONDITIONER, HE CAME OUT PROMPTLY TO INSTALL IT.
