The service was pretty good. He was prompt, he was in and out and took care of the problem pretty fast. The price could have been a little better but overall it was pretty good. He knows his stuff and got the repairs done.

Came and assessed the problem and fixed it the same day. Would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.

They were very prompt and professional. Only fixed what needed to be fixed.

They came to the house, the didn't fix my dishwasher and only because it was going to cost me $200 to have it fixed anyway. I don't know if I want to fix it for $200 and just buy a new one when I have the kitchen redone. The man that came was very nice and told me ahead of time and actually left me the part number that I could order the part elsewhere. Then they could come back and would install the part. It wasn't a total waste with them, again they were very nice and everything. They were very punctual because I had time that was earlier than I thought, but it was my fault, I just have a lot issues going on right now with things that I didn't write it down properly or didn't write it down at all and I thought it was a different time than when he showed up. Which was fine. Again I was home so I didn't miss him. Again all my fault.

Mike came out promptly and on time. Ordered the part same day. Said the part would be delivered on Wednesday and sure enough, his staff contacted and was out that same day to fix. Excellent customer service and polite and friendly staff.

Came out to view problem quickly, parts came in promptly, easy to reach, knowledgable technician, and great customer service.

The repairman was punctual and courteous. He removed the tub from the washer and showed me the damaged/broken parts and explained to me what needed to be done to repair the washer. He then proceeded to repair the washer in what seemed to me an efficient and timely manner. The only downside of the experience was that the repairman had no tarp with which to cover the floor in the work area. Consequently, there are some soiled areas on the industrial style carpet of my laundry room which will need to be spot cleaned. However, I would give Mike's Bremen Service an A, and would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

He is excellent. He has all kinds of good recommendations on Angie's List. If I have any problems, they come right away and fix them. They do my refrigerator repairs and they installed an oven for me. They have done a lot of work that is quality work. I have two units, two air conditioners and two furnaces. They are very reliable. They keep working until things are actually the way you absolutely want them, which is good.

He checked the bottom of the washer first because of what I said. He did the repair in about a 1/2 hour. He said not to use it for an hour because of the lock tight.

There was some delay in getting the part (glass) but it did come in after about one week. Technician came as arranged and did a great job. I would definitely use the service again.

The experience was alright. They were good. I give them an A.

We were informed by a home inspector that our new furnace (less than a year) was not installed correctly for a 95% AFUE in that the fresh air intake was not hooked up. In addition, I needed a service call because the system kept recyling. Since the company that I hired to do the installation was non-responsive, I called Mike's Bremen for a service call. Mike came out and handled the service call without any problems and explained in detail why the system would recycle (or not shut down after hitting accurate thermostat temperature). He then confirmed what we were already made aware of..the fresh air intake should have been installed especially because our furnace was located in a small ventilated closet next to a hot water tank. And also because of the requirements for it to perform as 95% AFUE. Pleased with our conversation, we immediately scheduled him to install the fresh air intake. He and another professional (Mark) came out that day for a few hours. They did a fantastic job. I have since had Mike out for our yearly maintenance and will continue to do so going forward. I have learned that it is hard to find someone who is honest and trustworthy. You definitely have both with Mike's Bremen.

The serviceman gave us an estimate for a new circuit board, which seemed pretty reasonable. Since the washer is in a tight area and is stacked, he had to take the dryer off of the washer to do the repair, and then hook it back up. It was a lot of work, but everything has been working great since!

The technician was knowledgable and precise. He gave me tips to keep the dishwasher working it's best. After the touchpad was replaced the dishwasher worked like new.

He was able to tell me immediately that it wouldn't be cost efficient to fix it. I was better off just purchasing a new machine. He was prompt and professional.

Mike returned my call within an hour of leaving a message about needing to set up an appointment. His technician, John was right on time and did a thorough examination of my range. I have an 8 year old maytag gemini double oven range. Both ovens were not working. He replaced the electronic ignition in the lower oven, He just cleaned the upper unit. That one is most likely to get clogged as that is the broiler unit as well. He could easily have sold me 2 new units, since I had no idea what the real problem was. I really appreciated his honesty. I thought I paid a fair price for parts and labor. John was very thorough and efficient. He was also knew a lot about all types of large appliances. I will use them again. I always recommend them if anyone I know asks for a recommendation.

They came in, found the problem quickly, fixed it, end of story.

The serviceman arrived on time and inspected our washing machine for a few minutes before determining the problem. He told me which component needed to be replaced and the cost. I told him to go ahead. He had the part in his truck, so he went out to get it. It took him about 5 - 10 minutes to replace it. Our washing machine works now.

Came twice as needed to order parts. Great friendly service. Would use again.

Overall this company was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. I initially called the company and explained the situation that I was calling for a repair on my elderly mother's stove which was located in New Lenox. I explained from the initial phone call that I was not available the day they were able to come out but I would have someone at the home and would be available to communicate via phone and if repairs needed would pay for everything via phone since I was trying to get the oven fixed for my mother prior to thanksgiving. Initially scheduling and customer service was excellent. They were very understanding of the situation and said it wouldn't be a problem. The worst experience began from the initial phone encounter with the repair man. The repair man called me the morning of the repair to state he was on his way (customer service initially gave me a window and then he was to call on his way). I missed the phone call by one ring- listened to my voice mail and the repair man stated "I guess no one is home, call the office to reschedule". I immediately called the office as he did not leave a call back number and told them I missed the phone call. I reminded the office that I was not at the house but they knew my niece was there waiting all morning. They did get a hold of the repair man and he headed over there within the next two hours. The repair man showed up and turned the oven on. He preheated this for 10 minutes and then checked the internal temperature and that is it. He then attempted to call me (once again I was in an area with poor signal so missed the initial call). I called right back to my niece who was there. My niece informed me the repair man was rude from the moment he had gotten there and was bad mouthing me since I didn't pick up the phone. He actually told my niece I probably wasn't answering to avoid payment which confused me at the time. After talking to my niece she placed the repair man on the phone. He was pretty rude to me, completely annoyed I missed the initial phone call. He then proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with the oven. He stated he had preheated the oven for 10 minutes and checked the temperature and it was fine. I explained to him that it may keep the temperature after 10 minutes but it doesn't appear to be keeping the temperature since things are not getting thoroughly cooked. He insisted there was nothing wrong but then stated he would change the "callibrater??? (honestly don't remember what he said) and he said he would come back Monday to do that. I told him I had concern that he insisted nothing was wrong with the stove and now he seemed to just pick anything wrong to postpone doing any work that day. I also explained to him that it would be impossible for someone to be there once again on monday for "his repair". He was quite rude and I didn't feel like he properely assessed or wasn't capable of fixing the oven. I told him we will not need him to come back on Monday and I told him I was going to call the office as I was completely unsatisfied and upset with the service. He actually then accused me on the phone and said "that figures, I knew when you didn't answer the phone you were trying to not pay your bill". I was shocked but no use arguing with someone like this. The repair man left and I immediately called the customer service line. I explained the situation and she said she would call the repair man and call me right back which she did. When she called back she remained polite but had the worst customer service I have heard in a while. She basically said communication was difficult since I was not at my mother's house (which I explained I would not be there initially). She half gave an apology. I told her I was not going to pay for this service, I did not want them back out and I was going to post a review on Angie's list. She basically said ok but was not going to charge me for the service. This is the only reason I gave them a D instead of a F. I did have one of my mother's neighbors look at her stove after this experience. The over did change temperature after 45 minutes. He fixed it for my mother. This repair man is giving this company a bad reputation in my mind and the customer service at the end of the situation was disappointing.

Technician knew immediately what the problem was and had the part in his truck to fix it immediately. Very knowledgeable.

He was wonderfula and fixed everything that needed to be fixed within about an hour! He said the dishwasher was beyond repair. It was especially important to me to get the oven fixed before Thanksgiving. I was very pleased with the service. He was a very nice man.

Replace These guys were amazing! Our stove went out the day before Thanksgiving at 4:00 and we had 15 people coming over the next day. I thought all was lost but Mike was able to fit us in on short notice. He was at our house in less than 2 hours and was able to fix our stove for a good price and save Thanksgiving! Highly recommended.

I had Mike come out to service my washing machine and the price he quoted to fix it included the $50 for the service call which is pretty standard I believe. I think he quoted $275. I decided to get a new washer so I didn't have him fix it. He was really knowledgeable and friendly. I'm not sure about the price because I didn't call around for pricing. I'd look into that if I needed to have my new one fixed.

It went fine and the freezer is working perfectly at this point.
