Description of Work: Kitchen refrigerator wasn't maintaining adequate temperature so I called Mike's for service. They set me up for an appointment the next morning, performed a thorough diagnostic check and determined that a good cleaning of the coils would fix the problem. They performed the cleaning and waited to ensure everything was working as expected. It came up to temperature and they said to keep an eye on it and let them know if we experienced the same problem because if so we would need a new thermostat. They also took the time to answer my many questions. A great experience and would have them back to fix any of my appliances.

Description of Work: These guys made us call Whirlpool to get the part for free - even though we did not have a warranty at the time -- before trying to charge us for the part. in fact we picked up the part and he refused to put it in until we called the manufacturer. We got the part for free and instead of 850,00 parts and labor, it was only labor of $250.00. this was for the tub for a washing machine.

Description of Work: He arrived on time. Quickly determined what the trouble was with the furnace and repaired it. He then quickly determined that that refrigerator was not worth the cost of repairing. He was punctual, professional, and polite. I WILL recommend and use his services again.
