Setting up an appointment for the estimate was quick and easy. I had an estimate with in 24 hours and the work was scheduled to be done a week later. I was told the workers would be there by 830am. By 930am, no one had shown, and I called Ray to see what was going on. He said something must have happened and he didn’t have me scheduled on the books. He said he could have someone out to me the next day. Unfortunately, I had taken the day off of work for the original date we had set and I do not get paid for my days off. I was not willing to take another unpaid day off work on top of giving this company my money for the job to be done. I was looking forward to working with them.

Great. Carlos showed up on time, covered everything, did the work, and then cleaned up everything. The repair looks great.

I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of Bill's Drywall from the initial estimate to the final clean-up. Because I work shift work, they were very accommodating in helping me schedule the needed work around my irregular schedule. I had them come twice to complete the needed work in 2 phases. I found their initial estimate to be both reasonable and competitive. The crew was VERY respectful of my home, friendly as they pre-prepped the entire work area in a plastic covering to protect my floor and all room furniture. At the end of each work day, the crew agreed to walk through the accomplished work to inspected every aspect of the job for satisfaction and any possible issues. I was so pleased with the quality and professionalism of the first phase that I asked the crew if I could requested them to come back to complete phase two. I will use Bill's Drywall again in the future and highly recommend them for any job you might have big or small.

Bill's Drywall was extremely professional and clean. They used dust protection and covered most everything in nearby rooms and floors to minimize dust. Drywall quality was second to none. Perfect job and that's what most important. Price was very reasonable for 2-½ days of work by 2 to 3 drywall mechanics at a time to get the job done.

I'm very happy with the outcome of the project. They were able to start two days after I hired them and they were done within one week. They were very professional and clean. My garage looks great. I would definitely hire them again. In fact, I'm thinking about hiring them to paint the garage.

Ron The job was completed in sa professional manner.It included a phone consultation, home visit and written estimate, and scheduling. They fit the job into my tight schedule, which was much appreciated. The crew that completed the work was on time, or early each day, friendly, and professional. The care taken to keep the home and furnishings clean was second to none. This also included a thorough cleanup at the end of the project. The ceiling also looks great, so far like new. Great job start to finish from the entire team.

Contacted this company and the whole process was handled very professionally. This included the conversations on the phone, follow up calls from the them, and the free quote at the house. We were redoing kitchen/dining area and had already taken out all of the wall board and about half the ceiling, to move electrical, remove soffits and remove the several layers of wall paper on the walls. Bill's came out and recommended to take the remaining boards off the ceiling and skylight since they said it costs the same for the patching or the new board and having it all the same would be a better result- and he was right! They were able to fit us in their schedule to get this job going and keep us on our schedule. It went like they said it would. they showed up on time each day they said they would. First day, crew came in to install new drywall. second day another crew came in and did the taping and mudding. another short day to finish sanding. each day, the crews installed plastic at the room opening to keep the dust down from the rest of the house and cleaned up after themselves. The crew members very professional and very polite and easy to talk to. Someone from Bill's office did stop by a few times to check on things and also to take care of paperwork. The painter who did the primer/sealer and painting said that it was a nice job since he did not have to do any sanding or patching that he has had to do from time to time on other new drywall jobs. Made it a lot easier for him and did not cost me any extra, so great news. It went as they said it, in the time they said it would take, they showed up when they said they would and done for the price quoted; well done.
