had to keep calling and checking on and was finally done about 2 weeks later than promised. Picked up and took home. started it and after about 1 minute starting knocking noise and before I could even shut it off it quit. pulled out engine oil dipstick and no oil in engine. they never refilled engine oil after they drained it. then the fun began trying to get them to do something about it. a lot of parts obsolete so was hard to try and rebuild. told him to give me my money back and he wouldn't and kept saying he had parts located and would be repaired in 2 to 3 days. by the way their credit card machine is always broke. that way its harder for people to contest payment. told him to find me another used tiller but he wouldn't. Owner will not return phone calls so you have to keep driving there to get answers. After getting screwed around for over 4 months it was finally done. had him run it when I picked it up and it started and idled ok. Got it home and started to use it and as soon as engine warmed up it starting cutting out and dying again. same original problem I had. Didn't use it that year and going to take it somewhere else to have looked at. Will throw it in the canal before I would take it to all seasons again. very arrogant and non-professional company. Ended up taking it to a retired gentleman who worked on small engines for a hobby. He had to rebuild the carb which he said didn't look that good and adjusted the governor. he said something isn't quite right internally with the governor and that was probably screwed up when all seasons had the engine apart. Tiller actually runs pretty good now no thanks to all seasons.
Description of Work: roto tiller kept dying out. took to all seasons to be checked out. he said carb needed rebuilt and that he would rebuild carb, tube it up and service it. - not sure of first and last contact dates because this drug out for over 4 months

Almost two years ago we had an issue and I asked neighbors for a recommendation and we've been using their H VAC people ever since. We bought the yearly package to have it checked in Spring and Fall. I like the company and the service technicians. They are all very personable and professional when they come in and the people you call to set appointments.
Description of Work: They checked our AC.

Did a good job but only take cash or checks.
Description of Work: Tuned up my snow blower, wasn't running. Was able to get it done in less than a week during the worst snow month of the year.

The work was excellent and I received my equipment expeditously. R. Lightfoot
Description of Work: Repaired a snow blower and a generator. I was required to leave a deposit of $50 for both. Upon picking up both pieces of equipment, my remaining bill was only $62.00.

All seasons was prompt and professional. They did some repair work, and tune up. They made recommendations for oil products that would not cause the same problem in the future.

Contacted them by phone on a Tuesday and arranged to have them pick up the mower from my daughters home. The pickup was scheduled and completed the next day. On the following Saturday received a call from them at about 10:30 a.m. saying that our mower was fixed and they needed cash or check payment so they could deliver it back to the location where it was picked up. This was a good turn around and the price they charged was fair, however, this call came on the Saturday before July 4, a holiday weekend. I was headed out of town, my husband was out of town and my daughter was out of town. I figured we'd just take care of it Monday morning but they informed me that they would be closed the following week for vacation. Never did they say anything about being closed for a week before they picked it up. The woman that I spoke with informed me that it was posted all over their office and place of business, however since I had called them for the services I didn't see them. She tried so hard to make it sound like it was my fault. I offered her a credit card to pay and she said they were only taking cash or check. I was stuck. Couldn't really wait another week with no mower so I had a friend run over to take them a check. She did so and they did deliver the mower that day. However, she questioned why I couldn't have just given them a credit card to pay. She was told their computer system was being updated and they didn't have credit card ability. Seems we trust them to take our equipment but they don't trust their customers to give it back and run the credit card when the system is back up. I feel I had a good experience on the mower but they sure did treat the customer (me) poorly. If they'd just called the day before and said they'd need cash or a check to conclude this service I'd have taken care of it. But they felt it was okay to just call and say this is the way it has to be (within the next 4 hours) or we keep the mower another 10 days. Really poor customer service. And they need to learn how to just stop arguing when they've disappointed a customer - it isn't to their advantage to try to convince the customer that they are wrong.

The price above included $50 for pick up and delivery. We were VERY thankful for this service as we do not have the type of vehicle to transport even small snow blowers, nor could we have physically accomplished this task. The snow blower was picked up on 09/24/10 and returned in perfect working order on 11/16/10, long before the first snow. This was done without any follow up on our part. According to the invoice, the charge for the tune up was $75.00, the spark plug was replaced for $3.95, and shop supplies and waste disposal came to $6.95. That and some sales tax, got us to the $136.20 total. The best part is that the snow blower works as good as new, which it had not done last year at the end of the season. We will be using this company again for our snow blower and maybe more!
