It was great. There was a part of the furnace that he could've replaced but it was going to cost twice as much than just replacing it, and he told me that. He was very honest and up front and does great work. I cannot say enough him!

Tim was fantastic! I discovered in the middle of the night our heat had gone out (on the coldest night of the year.) I didn't want to wait until the morning to get someone to come out, because of the dangerously cold temperatures. We have a baby and pets and I wanted to get the problem fixed asap. I called Tim and left a voicemail. He called me back right away and, much to my surprise, he told me he would come right out. Tim diagnosed the problem very quickly and told me I needed a new boiler pump. He said he would get the part first thing in the morning and be back to make the repairs. As promised, Tim returned just when he said he would, and had my system up and running in no time -- and did it all for a very reasonable price. Tim really went above and beyond for us. Thanks Tim for the outstanding service!

They are awesome and are amazing. They are very personable and they come right out when needed. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
