Very professional service. Very prompt.

Sal was prompt and very professional. He checked the furnace and saw numerous alarming problems. He explained everything to me and actually showed me the problems. The inside of the furnace had a leak and was actually rusting. We had cracks all over the place. He suggested we buy a new unit. He called Tom and quickly got a quote and within an hour a new furnace and humidifier were being installed by Mike (also super professional). The only room for improvement was the payment. It took forever for poor Sal to radio in the credit card information. It went on for about 15 minutes and he had to use my phone to call Tom in the end.

It went well. He was professional and nice. He cleaned furnace and explained what he was doing.

We were scheduled for October 24 between 11am and 1pm. They called in the morning to say they were 2 hours behind schedule. They called again in the afternoon to say they couldn't make it that day and rescheduled for Oct 31. We'll see if they show up on time tomorrow. Sal came within the time frame I was given, he did a thorough vacuuming and cleaning. He was polite and professional.

The service did not turn out very well. Right after they left and the capacitor blew which I had to have my usual guy come out and repair. It seemed like they were more interested in selling me a new unit than repairing the one I have.

The service turned out fine. The service did take a little while to schedule, but they did a good job. IU was happy with the service.

They did a great job. They were prompt, on time and professional. I bought two of the Big Deals, because I had 2 furnaces. One guy came out and he worked on both of them. He was also very personable. After he was through, he explained everything to me and didn’t run out of here. I also asked him to check the humidifier; which he did and he did not charge anything additional to do that.

They did a great job. They were on time and flexible with schedule. They were very professional and did not try to charge for unnecessary items. I was happy with their service.

After two No shows and No Calls a gentlemen came out to provide the service. Unfortunately, the product was not compatible with my furnace. The worker who came out was extremely nice and helpful. Once I got to the owner he was nice and helpful. The first two appointments (which I took off half days from work) did not occur. I had to call about 5 times to figure out what was going on. I know that other appointments run long and emergencies pop up but call and let the customer know. Also, when I called them to figure out what was going on their attitude was that I was a pain. Very frustrating.

I am so glad that this company decided to do this offer. It was such a pleasure talking with Jody to schedule the appointment, she worked very hard to to accommodate my schedule in this very busy season. We had set a schedule between 9 and 11 AM however Jody had called me early to let me know that the technician was on his way and was here an hour before that time so I was very grateful. The technician Sal was very friendly and professional and made sure the furnace was clean and working properly. I am very,very pleased with this purchase and will always come back to this company form my Heating & A/C needs...

I purchased this "Big Deal" the third one. Two others decided they didn't want to travel to my home. The third company "A Professional Heating and Service" and I communicated around 10/15/2013. At this time, I asked for a 10/18/2013 appointment, but was told that they did not have a technician in the Frankfort area that day. The earliest was 10/23/2013 between 1 PM and 5 PM, I explained that I was not getting much heat, however, I agreed to the Wednesday appointment. I arrived at the house at 10:00 AM that day and stayed until 6:30 PM. No call, no service, no nothing. End of Story.

I called them and have had many problems scheduling. Today they said they would call right back and I have now been waiting an hour.

All of the work was done well. The issue I have is that the tech told my relative that they had a crack in the furnace and it had to be replaced for over $8000.00. I wasn't sure if this was true so I got a second opinion. There is no crack, and I feel like they are trying to sell an older family something they don't need.

It went well. They replaced the pump. The first pump leaked, but they came out and replaced it with a newer pump with no hassles at all.

I was satisfied with his service. He was efficient and punctual.

They came out and cleaned the unit. He put in a thermal cupule but charged me an extra $150. I didn't expect to pay that much.

Installer was here and indicated the complexity of the installation citing that I needed a special service performed in order to install the humidifier, but then I realized and pointed him to the existing humidifier on the side of the furnace and we both decided I didn't need it.

The cleaning and inspection went fine. The only thing that was an issue is that he forgot to plug the outside fuse back in before he left.

The serviceman, Dennis, was prompt professional and thorough. He gave a lot of suggestions on how to save money and get the most out of our furnace and humidifier . As a teacher I appreciate clear answers to questions and my husband and I felt we learned a lot from Dennis. This is the second time we have had services delivered by A Professional Heating and Air Conditioning. Again we were very pleased with the service. Thank you A Professional Heating!

Simple procedure. Everything seemed to go smoothly and well. I can't tell what was done... And when I asked for documentation I got the back of the package in spanish...

It was fine. The main thing that concerned me was that in the past, when other companies inspected this same air conditioning unit, they always said we needed some refrigerant, which is expensive. I bought this deal because the refrigerant was included, figuring we'd need it like in the past. However, the man who performed the service said we did not need refrigerant. So I don't know who to believe--the companies who profit by selling me refrigerant that they say I need or the company who would lose money if they actually provided the "included" refrigerant that they say I do not need?

They did a good job. I would hire them again.

Overall it went really well. Two guys came in and installed the humidifier on our furnace. Walked through what they did when they were done and how to use the control switch to set it. Our house is much more comfortable in the dry winter season now.

The technician was kind and genial and he showed me my heat exchanger with a fiber optic video camera which is letting plan for my old furnace's impending end. Very nice guy.

The service technician arrived on time, did the job to satisfaction, and cleaned up after himself. The service was professional and he communicated well with us.
