Description of Work: They did the usual cleaning and checking. All was well. Later on after the technician had already left, I saw that our sump pump was unplugged. I know that the technician has to plug in his vacuum for cleaning but he should've plugged the sump pump back once he was done; put things back how they were. Good thing we didn't get any flooding in the basement. Otherwise, good job.

Description of Work: Originally all we were looking for was a cleaning and inspection. After inspection it turned out our furnace needed to be replaced. They gave us a quote and took care of everything. Next day our furnace was installed. Very professional. Cleaned up after they had finished. Really nice job. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Our regular furnace maintenance provider recommended re-lining of our chimney. It had not been venting properly due to some damage from a tree limb. I called A Professional for a second opinion. Their guys opened up the pipe and looked in. They said the corrosion we had was normal and that we could replace the pipe if we wanted, or do nothing. It is now venting properly so we chose not to spend over $1000 on an unnecessary job. We appreciated their honesty. They did not charge for the visit and estimate.
