They were very professional. I’m having problems now with my heating system. I just don’t like the way it’s working and the technician can only tell me, “Well that’s the way it’s supposed to work.” I’m not happy with the way it’s working. It was an emergency and I just went on and took the first thing. They told me that I was getting one furnace and when they came, they put in a different type of furnace and not the one that he showed me when I was going to get it. He said that one was just as good. I asked a few people and they said it is. So it is what it is. My only problem is it’s just so loud. I just don’t expect the furnace to be loud like that. I can hear it in my bedroom. But they came and took care of the job right away. I called and someone did come back. It also blows out so much cold air and by the time all the cold air blows out, my apartment is cold. When the heat does come, it doesn’t really stay that long. I paid an additional amount because I bought the whole furnace.

There was an unexpected complication but they came back immediately to remedy it.

They came in and looked at one of our furnace. They said there was a crack in our heat exchanger and showed it to me. He said I would need a new furnace for $1700. There was a warrantee on it from the company that installed it since it was only about 9 years old. A professional said it would be $1200 to replace the installer while the company that installed it said it was $600. I ask A professional for a written proposal but they couldn’t give me one. So I just had them do the cleaning then go.

It went very well. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I paid for a furnace cleaning, however when he got here he noted that I had two furnaces not one. He proceeded to criticize my heating system and try to sell me a new one. That is not what the visit was intended for. He did not clean the one furnace that I had paid for and to top everything off, he managed to lock his keys in his van and had to wait for help at my house.

Great, the company performed as promised.

I had good communication with them and they were helpful and respectful and apologized for not making the locations they service more specific.

They did this work a while ago and I should have recorded my thoughts sooner so in fairness to them they may have been right on time, for e.g., and therefore deserving an A not a B for Punctuality. I gave them an B for Price due the coupon offset against some more expensive quotes from them; I felt the coupon was good value for sure. I have used them a couple times and thought their service was good not great hence why i am giving them Bs across the board. In addition, I've contracted with a different vendor to service our four properties as I felt A Professional (and some other vendors i tried out) was, again, good not great and when presented with some other quotes was expensive next to who I am working with now. So again, i thought this company was good - just not great.

Very professional worker showed up on time, and efficiently cleaned and tuned my very old furnace. Gave me very good tips on maintenance and getting the most use from my furnace. They offer a service contract, which seems to be a good deal. Highly recommended

The technician showed up and I had him go ahead and replace some parts. There was a terminal coupler that needed replaced, but he said it was going to be $99. The most it should have been was $25. I called the company and they said that they had a coupon on the website for $20 off, but it was still a high price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I thought the actual technician that came out was honest. The value for that deal at $59 was good.

Great job and the serviceman was professional and personable.

Changed a sensor, so charged me $238 for it

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out fine. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and quick. I liked everything about it. The work turned out great, my concern was sinus infection and allergy, and I haven't had any since then. I paid extra because I upgraded the system that was offered.

Was a bit late, but not his fault. He just got stuck on another job. He was professional, very nice, explained everything, thorough and quick!

Tech was on time, thoroughly cleaned the boiler, pointed out things that I should keep an eye on (valves that were closed but should be open)

I received a tune up for my a/c unit

Dennis-technician was very prompt and professional. He inspected the unit and cleaned it thoroughly. There was no pressure to purchase additional features op options. I will be needing services on the furnace unit soon and will be calling Dennis at A Professional again.

Performed above and beyond. Set up method to make furnace work until replacement parts could be obtained.

Worker was nice enough, but never looked at the furnace filter (we had told him it was new, but it seems that he should have checked). Also, he used a shop vac on blower to dust the furnace. Apparently the shop vac was still full, so he blew dust all over the furnace/lanundry room with clean clother hanging up. Generally, though, he did what was needed.

Didn't show up on the original scheduled date and didn't call until later in the day to tell me they wouldn't make it. Scheduled it again, this time for a weekend and arrived on time. Sal was my technician for that day and he was very polite and didn't mind my questions. I did not get nor see the video inspection nor do I think I received the whole 21 point check as stated in the deal. I don't know if I would use them again.

Everything went well and as expected.

Sal was the service man. He vacuumed the furnace, took the burner parts out and washed them, reinstalled them, and explained to me what he was doing. Installed new air filter and recommended that I should vacuum yearly.

They provided the service as advertised

They said they could not come on Saturday or the next few weeks and I am requesting Angie's List for a refund.
