Very professional and easy to work with. We have no complaints. They actually found a problem with the architect's plans and were able to remedy it and help us get some money back from the architect. Our home is solidly built and we are very proud of it.

This project of demolishing the old garage and crumbling drive to a new concrete drive and garage has been nothing short of a nightmare. It took two years to get the county to approve the project. They stopped construction twice once demolition began. The original contractor (TITAN) was a major disappointment after doing a great job on the roof of the house but then, after 4 weeks of siding the house, siding falling off, then the final straw, not correctly reporting to the county in the permit for the garage procedure. It took almost 3 month and several hundred dollars for me to straighten that out and gain a legal permit. That is when I hired Siever's Custom Builders. It was like night and day. Craftsmanship. Courtesy. Professionalism. Same guys showing up at the same time everyday, clean and respectful. I just can't recommend Sievers Custom Builders enough. VERY happy with the end result despite all the unreasonable demands of the county. You immediately can tell the difference between professional, seasoned carpentry and just ordinary sub contracted workers. When all said and done, they haul away little more than a wheelbarrow of drop off. Amazing. No waste or recuts. These guys are TOP notch. If I could give AAA ratings, I would have. No question that you are getting the very best construction for the buck. Totally professional. I use to work for a carpenter a couple of years ago. It's easy to tell the cream of the crop that just quietly goes about its business with guys shouting instructions to one another. Everyone in the crew just went about their work, each knowing what needed to be done and how best to achieve it.
