We love Bill!!He's been cleaning our chimney for years.Hes always on time very clean and thorough and we have great condos while he's here!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Bill who came out to clean our chimney/fireplace today, 8/23/23. He was very punctual, covered my floor with drop cloths. There was absolutely no mess or ashes anywhere! He gave me some tips on starting our fires, and how often to use creosote sweeping logs. He was very thorough and friendly. The fact he is also a Fireman made me feel confident that he knows exactly what he’s talking about. Great service, great job, great guy. I highly recommend this company for your fireplace/chimney needs!

Bill and his son did the work quickly and well. They were careful to protect surfaces. They stayed until a fire was lit and the insert fan came on. When we had an issue he knew right away what needed to be done, was willing to come out, but told my husband how to fix it so we know how to fix it if it happens again!

Bill had to do lot of problem solving as our fireplace had several issues that needed to be resolved for our gas fireplace. We hadn’t used it in many years due to birds that nested in our outside fireplace vent. He was very reasonable with his labor fees & worked on it till we had a well working fireplace again.

Bill was very professional and knowledgeable about my gas fireplace that I wanted him to inspect and get started for the season, he was also able to inspect the outside of the chimney and walked me through on how to operate the system. I will like to also mentioned that he was on time and he also placed shoe covers before entering my home to service the fire place. I highly recommend this company for any fireplace/chimney services you need.
