The furnace is very old, so he conducted research, determined the problem, got the needed parts and completed the job for a reasonable cost. I would definitely use his services again. 5 stars!"

I know plumbers don't make anywhere near what we were charged. Even with overhead and a less than 1 hour job with $30 worth of parts, it is nowhere near what we were charged. Quite criminal. Wouldn't use them again. Boooooo."
