D.O.A. Pest Control continues to service both residential and commercial customers in the Chicagoland area. From some of our larger clients, such as Joliet West High School, to the smallest residential apartment, we treat each customer with the utmost respect. When we arrive on site, we will do a thorough inspection, identify the problem, take the appropriate action, and educate our customers on how to prevent problems going forward.

The price was fair. The technician was on time, very professional, and very thorough. He did absolutely everything he needed to, and it was definitely worth the price.
Description of Work: They inspected for termites when we were selling our house.

My husband and I had a small bed bug issue. We called DOA on Saturday morning, and he originally said he could come Monday. He said he was out of the spray and his supplier was closed. A little later on Saturday, he called us back stating he was able to set-up a time to go to the supplier and get the spray and could arrive first thing Sunday morning. The treatment was effective and did not take long to do. He was very friendly and personable. We have not had any other issues. I would definitely use DOA again in the future.
Description of Work: An inspection and treatment for bed bugs. The whole process took under 2 hours and was effective.

They were friendly and caring. They were good. I would not be sure about their price but it was low.
Description of Work: I have used the services of Dead On Arrival Pest Control Incorporated last summer. I had a problem with the ants and they took care of it.
