They are great. They listened to what we wanted. Did what we wanted and it didnâ t cost an arm and leg. They are great responding when calling and messaging to keep updates on when they will be at the house and if it will be earlier or later. We will use them again.

Edgar was really fast to help us with our issue as we were on a time crunch to get our gas leak resolved before the weather reached freezing temperatures. He even came back when a technician from Nicor came out to do a safety inspection. We will definitely be using his services in the future!

Edgar was so quick to help us with a plumbing issue. He and his crew were out next day and replaced the parts quickly. The plumbing project was more extensive than what originally planned. They installed 2 new water heaters at my home and 1 at my Motherâ  s home the same day. Excellent work.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and communication of Edgar and his co-worker. I had a water heater that went out and it was replaced the day after I called requesting service. They were very efficient and quick with installing my new water heater. I was also impressed that they made it a point to make sure they cleaned up everything which was very impressive. I've dealt with other repair people who typically didn't clean up their mess. And again, the communication was outstanding. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. Definitely would recommend this company and definitely will be using them again.

Excellent service and professional work. Hired D&L to install two gas lines. They finished within a day, installed safety trap that others may have overlooked, and cleaned up thoroughly. They even checked instructions for correct installation of vent-free heater. Very professional and reasonable, as well as just nice people.
