+ -1 moreThe person that answers the phone was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, the person that came out to do the work was less so. The work was scheduled for Saturday. He came out on Friday to assess the job, and he promised to be back the following day. I called him in the morning to get an approximate time, but he never called back. We finally contacted him in the afternoon, and he indicated that he was on his way. He never showed up or called with an explanation. The work didn't get done, and that was the only day that we had to move the tree (he was well-aware of this). Unfortunately, we had turned away another company that was willing to do the work out of loyalty to BIG TREES, which was in retrospect misguided on our part.
Description of Work: We needed a relatively small apple tree relocated.
