 + 0 moreHorrible job on our floors. Polyurethane drips, vents polyurethaned/putttied shut so we can't get them off, gouges in the floor and on our walls, stain fingerprints on our molding, stain on our walls, ripples and waves over 85% of the floor due to bad equipment/sander, bad/short cuts & tried to hide them with molding. Sawdust throughout my whole house because he didn't block anything off with plastic. He left an open box cutter just laying open on our floor. We had a professional flooring company come out and look at the job. They said it was horrible and needed to be sanded down to the bare wood, re stained and re coated which is going to cost even more $. When I told Ed he did a horrible job he responded "Don't you sit here and insult me." He offered to come back & to re screen and re poly the floors but that wouldn't fix the other mistakes he made. I would not recommend this company at all.

Most days he showed up between 9:30 and 10am and left by 2pm. We had a professional flooring company come out and look at the job. They said it was horrible and needed to be sanded down to the bare wood, re stained and re coated which is gong to cost even more $. When I told Ed he did a horrible job he responded "Don't you sit here and insult me." He offered to come back & to re screen and re poly the floors but that wouldn't fix the other mistakes he made. I would not recommend this company at all.

 + 0 moreIt went great, MLS showed up gave me the quote the same day and started the next. The team was on time, stayed focused and even did a few hours on mothers day. I was really astonished by the professional care and performance of MLS, I am even thing about refinishing the floors in the rest of the house and am looking forward to having MLS in my home again. Once again thanks guys!!!
Description of Work: The team at MLS came in gave me a quote to remove the carpet and refinish the floors. It took the team less than a week to finish the job from stat to finish. They first removed the ugly shag carpet, sanded down the floor, stained it a dark almost black finish, then gave it a clear coat. I was pleased with the work and craftsmanship that went into doing the floors.
