Description of Work: Colin Woods, from Diamond Builders, has helped me go the right direction with building a home. They have helped me review many different lot locations, helped get me in contact with possible banks, offered to finance the build for me themselves, walked me through multiple homes that they have built. ALL of this is still without a dime spent so far! ***UPDATE 3/18/13*** So, my family is much closer now to getting everything started than we were last summer. Diamond Builders has continued to pour out their time and effort with NO pressure or sales tactics. We have looked through so many different areas like cabinets, wall treatments, and finish design ideas. They have helped us work on cutting corners for our budget and been honest about it rather then trying to steer us into spending more. He is excited for my family's future home, not just to get a deal. Looking forward to getting started AND finished! ***UPDATE 6/21/13*** We just closed on the construction loan!!! Diamond Builders has been by our side throughout the process so far and now we're actually ready to start building. We should be breaking ground around the 4th of July and hoping to be in the house by Christmas!!! Thank you Colin & Diamond Builders! ***UPDATE 8/19/13*** Ground has been broken! The foundation has been poured. Plumbing rough-in is done. Electrical has been set and the city water has been put in place. Next step is the pouring of the basement floor and then the framing of the house. We've sat down with the kitchen designers to go through cabinetry and layout. We are Super Excited and Diamond Builders has been doing more than we could ask through out the process!
